GoogleThe team was always very attentive, answering calls and messages promptly. They were very helpful from beginning to end, specially Aaron, who showed us the property a couple of times and sought out some information whenever we requested it.

GoogleNick at Absolute provided a great service in helping to sell my mother's house. It wasn't an easy process as it was an unusual property and was during a period of volatility in the mortgage market. His expertise and patience with both seller and buyers definitely smoothed the process and produced a good end result.

GoogleWe have been with Absolute for 2 years now and they have been simply remarkable. Not only did they go the extra mile with us getting the house we wanted to rent but at renewal they listened to us and took our home life into consideration when discussing renewal terms with our landlord. I honestly do not have the words to praise properly as we have a rather stressful homelife at times and I cannot express how much care has always been given to us and even more each year. We never have a problem with our tenancy and when we need help we are given it. I have never ever had such a caring, thoughtful and professional team help with a home and I can honestly say my family and I feel like we can be honest and open anytime and be met with sincerity and understanding.

GoogleDylan Ossei from the Southgate branch is first class. I chose Absolute property to manage a block of flats from my portfolio and with no dealings with the company I had no previous experiences to go on. Almost immediately I was introduced to the senior block manager Dylan and I was instantly confident in his approach and the way he went about proceedings. His expertise and attitude is second to none and I will be recommending and bringing further business their way, they know exactly what they are doing!

GoogleWe have been portfolio landlords for 18 years & during the first 8 years found letting agents an obstacle to successful lettings, but then along came Absolute Property. We call them our letting agent angels from heaven. Everyone in the firm is committed whole heartedly to what they do in every way i.e. they are highly responsive to us as landlords & our tenants, honest, fair, professional & always very considerate, caring & respectful. Over the years we have recommended many landlords to them who own anywhere between 1-24 properties, and even those with properties in e.g. Scotland as they manage properties all over the U.K. Every single recommendation has thanked us profusely saying they weren't sure if we were being over enthusiastic in our accolades but since their own personal experiences of Absolute Property, they all mirror our view & have also recommended them on to others. Every Landlord should have an agent as good as Absolute Property.
