am bound to write this review because of my recent positive experience with Absolute Property and, particularly Nick Wallis. Nick was outstanding throughout my recent property sale. He was incredibly supportive while navigating some particularly challenging legal and related paperwork, and he took the time to patiently explain the nuances of what was, at times, a complex transaction. He was consistently efficient, always providing information in a timely manner and returning calls promptly. I especially appreciated how proactively he followed up on my behalf and kept everything moving forward without me having to chase. Nick went above and beyond at every stage, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. His professionalism, combined with a genuinely caring approach, was both reassuring and steadying during what can often be a stressful process. I would highly recommend Absolute to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated estate agency and, of course, Nick as an estate agent.

I recently moved out of Property after a wonderful stay, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the beginning, the property felt like home. The apartment was bright, spacious, and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed for comfortable living. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, and the space itself was thoughtfully designed to make the most of every square foot. Throughout my time there, the property management team was fantastic. They were always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests, which made a big difference. It’s rare to find a management team that’s so attentive and respectful so a big thank you to ANNA and AARON you two are the BEST!! ✨ I had a very positive experience at ABSOLUTE PROPERTY and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free place to call home. We had 2x viewings on property as a buyer. Our first with George was excellent. He gave us a lot of detail; we did not feel rushed and was very positive throughout the property. It encouraged us to do a second viewing with Nick. The second viewing was also incredibly well done. Refreshing change from other agents. He didn't oversell and was realistic and thoughtful about our circumstances. We didn't end up making an offer for different reasons but felt very encouraged by Nick, George and the team that they listened and also had our interests in mind as well as the vendors.

Best estate agency I've worked with, Aaron was very thorough throughout the process, answering any questions we had promptly, other members of staff would also be really helpful when I called in. Their experience really shows and service was 2nd to none. I was welcome to view the property we liked more than once to take measurements etc. Also they gifted us a lovely welcome package for our new home. Absolute Property are best ones I have dealt with so far as a tenant! Special thanks to Dylan - Senior block manager who is very proactive in dealing any issues I had in an excellent, professional and effective manner to my satisfaction. He always go extra miles to help and made himself available even late nights and weekends to address all my requests which is quite exceptional. He is just an exceptional professional who goes above and beyond and I cant speak high enough of him especially with the help around recent event I had. He made sure all my concerns are addressed and looked in to as soon as possible. He also made sure that I feel as important as any other tenant. Other team members - Cheyenne, Joanne, Liz, Irina all were also very professional in the dealings I had with them in the past around renewals, maintenance, etc and have found them always helpful and spot on. I instructed absolute property to manage a block of flats of a freehold. Dylan is the senior block manager for the block management team at absolute and I must say he and the team are very efficient and understanding about the needs and our requirements. Unlike other managing agents there is a lot of care and attention taken by them in regards to budgeting, planning of works and day to day management of the block. I would recommend absolute to manage a block of flats whether its small or large. I have also dealt with Lee too who is very helpful. I look forward to a long working relationship with them in managing my block and would happily recommend them to others for this aswell as the other services they provide too for homeowners such as renting or selling your property.

They have defined, clear and strategic processes around onboarding (Lee, one of the directors and I worked through this step by step at the beginning) and around the day to date management process. This provided clarity and confidence at the outset, and that has continued to build along the way with their focus on service delivery. They have an efficient, reliable payment process with a highly professional approach; the administrative side of that I highly recommend too.
