Dear Timandra, Thank you for your review and it is with regret that you were left disappointed as this certainly is not reflective on us a business. During the time that I was involved it did become apparent that there we some quite serious issues between both you and one of the leaseholders, and although I did my best to assist it was very clear that the problem did run considerably deep and unfortunately we had to make a business decision to resign from the management. In terms of fees I didn’t feel under the circumstances that it was necessary to charge neither you or the other lessee, although we did serve things such as ground rent demands etc. Monies collected from the other lessee were also returned to them in full. It is regretful that things did not work out as that was never our intention, however we do wish you well for the future. Lee Saunders Director
