Thank you for your feedback. The service you selected for your company was for official mail and to use as a registered office address and director service at our Edinburgh office. You declined to use our address for any business mail which is fine however over a period of time we have received 17 separate items of business mail addressed to your company. We asked on 17 separate occasions how we should handle the mail. You requested to upgrade the service you have and to send you an invoice for the upgrade which we did as requested. The invoice remains unpaid and when we would not send out the mail without payment you became aggressive towards our staff. If you would like to pay for the service we will happily supply the service but it would not be fair to our other clients if we gave our service away without payment. We are truly sorry to see you leave us as we do not believe we have created this situation.

We believe this review to be fake, as we have no named match on our database. We always undertake full investigations when we receive reports of clients misusing our services and have no records of this individual raising a complaint. If there is a genuine grievance we would request the matter to be raised with Trading Standards.
