The company is young. It makes mistakes. But it must not insult, rip off and throw out customers. It lives from the fact that they promise you something. You pay for it. And then the promise is broken. And you want your money back. You get your money. But you pay a fee for it. That's how they do it with many customers. A good business. But fraud. And therefore one cannot recommend this enterprise. So pay attention to your money. Because this company takes it from you. Without doing anything. :( When a company says it's good, it's obvious it's dubious. The media doesn't report well on this company and you should avoid it in order not to lose your money.

This is a fake review along with the other fake reviews being left for us by you using multiple accounts. We are a good professional business who has to deal with this instead of focusing on the good and reliable service our paying clients require from us. You really should be embarrassed by what you are doing.

I have been with this company for almost 8 months now and I did not receive any mail yet from them, and I have just realised from reading all the "questionable" excellent ratings that the company in fact might not even bother with sending the mail. All the supposedly "excellent reviews" up there do not discuss anything related to the actual business day-to-day activities, they just say excellent "service" and/or great customer support service but none of them mention "receiving actual mail".

Does what it says on the tin I need a London virtual office has a registered company address and a mail forwarding service. They do it all and they do it well. Competitive prices - I'd honestly be willing to pay more for this level of service.

We have been with them for 2 years now and it has been a great service. As a small business having a physical office space is not viable, using their Registered Address solution we get the benefits of having a london address plus we get the emails scanned and sent to us included in our package making things a lot easier.

Plain theft. They instruct you to add post deposit, but you "should've read in the T&Cs" that post deposit expires in 6 months. Basically you give them free money, and then tell you it's gone. Will not be using this service again.

This company is not serious. As lawyers, we must advise against working with such a company. We have received some claims and criminal charges for processing where repayments have not taken place or where repayments have only partially taken place. In addition, there are affidavits from customers that they have been cheated. It is our duty to protect potential customers from such companies and to enforce claims against them.

Very poor service. Failed to do the bare minimum of notifying me about mail. The competitive looking prices are misleading. You will end up paying extra for essentials that anybody would reasonably assume come as standard.

Not pleased with them, I was not receiving very important documents and they never notified me that they had received them and later on they did notify me after 3 months which caused me problems and losses in my business. Will not be renewing again with them.

I canceled my registered address service within an hour of purchase after realising the customer service quality was lacking. Unfortunately, they deducted a £10 admin fee from my refund. I would never consider using them again, avoid this company like the plague. Scammers!

Absolute scam artists, they upsell by misleading what they sell you initially. I phoned up the London office aka myCO and explained all that I wanted was to have an address that I can advertise from to which the advisor quite confidently says "our lowest package will do you fine, see how you get on". I did exactly that, registered on Google, I go to verify the details, which requires something being posted to the address. So I waited only to receive an email that my letter is against their terms and that I would now have to pay an extra £170 to receive it. I have phone recordings and emails that prove all of this that o will gladly share to anyone who asks. First stop, trading standards!

Sadly they insist on making registered charities pay top price for their most expensive service rather then providing a simple cut down service specifically for charities. Would not recommend.
