GoogleI highly recommend LeGrys, Southborough, as an estate agent. Reasonably priced, but providing excellent service and extremely professional. I sold my flat through Dan Fahy who was also assisted by Jack Walter. Both were brilliant and always went the extra mile to be supportive for both myself and my buyer in what was a complicated sales process. In my experience, you don't find estate agents of this quality very often so they are worth shouting about!

GoogleEarlier in the year we were looking for a property in Southborough and were delighted to find a house in Meadow Road marketed by Legrys that looked suitable. From the moment we contacted them the service was superb. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and over a sustained period tremendously helpful. For example, at short notice they managed to organise a viewing the same day and staff a second viewing on a Sunday to accommodate our son who was on a very brief visit from Manchester, and our surveyor was similarly hosted with immaculate efficiency. The channels of communication were remarkable, all staff seemed to be aware of who we were, what we were buying, the current state of the transaction and they all seemed eager to help. Consequently our queries were always handled well and usually on the same day irrespective of who we spoke to, so whilst Nadine was our original contact everybody else played their part whenever asked. All in all, as seasoned buyers with no prior dealings with Legrys, this was a very pleasant experience when compared to other Agents. We would have no hesitation in dealing with them again and can thoroughly recommend their services. Mr and Mrs G Crowborough

GoogleBad experience as tenant. Very bad and low level of detail in the inventory check in but high level of detail in inventory check out. As result of this you will take serious problems to take your money back from deposit. Be sure you have a fully detailed check in inventory and the inventory clerk is using it when checking out. In our case she did not bring it so we have to provide it one however she didn't do properly. Clearly tendentious. Estate agents was not supporting us at all. By the way the inventory clerk was a state agent in the past in this agency. In the pictures some evidencies this agency was managing our vacancy but they did not support us when we claim. Literally "our clerk is arranged to visit the property to do the check out...." We lost money due a lack of honesty in a proffesional clerk.

Customer Service is of paramount importance and the linchpin of our business. This has been continually highlighted by being voted Best Agent in the South East regional awards year-on-year by the independently judged British Property Awards. - details are here: Www.britishpropertyawards.co.uk In this instance the tenancy was unmanaged and we were ONLY tasked to find a tenant - with the landlord being responsible for everything else from thereon-in. This was pointed out to you prior to you taking the property and is clearly detailed in the welcome back handed to you. It is for this reason that any issues during your tenancy or at check out was beyond our control and we are unable to intervene between the landlords and yourselves. Checking our call system and email I note at no point have you ever contacted LeGrys since you moved into the property. The inventory was carried out by an external clerk and the deposit was held by the landlord with their own registered deposit scheme. Of course, if you have any issues, we would be more than happy to guide you as to how to complain to the deposit protection scheme holding your deposit on behalf of the landlord. We apologise if you feel that we had not supported you at the check-out stage, however hopefully the above will explain.
