GoogleWe wanted to move for the first time and found the experience with LeGrys so easy! We didn’t really know the process and were supported and explained the whole way through. Sophie has been amazing, she is so helpful and professional with any situations or questions, our whole experience has been so smooth and we would definitely recommend.

GoogleLewis has been exceptional with supporting us in our house search. He has really understood what we are currently looking for. Being our first property we are looking to buy he has given us some really useful guidance and has been very supportive. He has been so helpful in suggesting properties we may have not originally considered or be aware of. I would definitely recommend Le Grys and Lewis in particular as they really listen and look for options which suit your situation.

Everything was conducted in a timely manner, so no rushing around last minute panicking, and everything that needed to be handled their end dealt with swiftly without issue. GoogleOn deciding to sell our house we invited several local agents in Tunbridge Wells to visit us and give an appraisal. LeGrys (specifically Dan in this case) was able to demonstrate a deeper understanding of going to market than the others. Some of the longer established agents in the area seemed to take it for granted that they would get the instruction and approached the prospect with cookie cutter effort. LeGrys sat down with us and invested more time to work on a marketing plan which in the end maximised on our sale. Note, some agents do not use all of the major online web portals e.g Zoopla, Rightmove etc. LeGrys do. Other dedicated staff were assigned to our campaign in the office. Thanks to Dana for orchestrating the numerous viewings, and Marilyn for progressing the sale through to completion with clear focus and dedication. It is in these areas of negotiation where it is evident that they earned and deserved their commission. All in all, my wife and I were left with a positive experience and good sale outcome.

Communication has always been prompt and honest, from initial inquiries about viewings to resolving any issues we've had while living at the property. Sophie, our contact person at the agency, is absolutely lovely and great at her job. I would go so far as to say that this is our best experience renting so far.

It was the first time I’ve ever sold a house and if I had to do it again there would be no doubt in my mind which agent to use (and thank god I didn’t go with another local agent who undervalued it!!) GoogleI thoroughly recommend LeGrys estate agents for their effort and hard work. Gill was so professional and very kind and found us a buyer within a week. When we got into a more complicated situation with our purchase Dan & Marilyn worked very hard to chase up the top of the chain and tried everything possible to make our sale complete. Always sent us updates and picked up the phone if we had any concerns, which is not true with other estate agents we dealt with before.
