She took time to explain proceedures and was quick to react to our time restaints. We will definitely use LeGrys again for both our lettings and when we need to sell. GoogleAnna completed a sale on our flat in Tunbridge Wells earlier this year. From the first phone-call to the very last stages she was unfailingly efficient, proactive and on the ball. Her communication and interpersonal skills are superb and she ensured a stress-free experience. Also supporting the process very ably was her colleague Dan - another responsive and very personable member of the team. We are very grateful to both of them - their efforts were hugely appreciated.

GoogleI was so relieved to meet Belinda from le Grys Wadebridge. For years we had had constant problems whilst renting our seaside home through other well known agencies. As soon as Belinda arrived I knew we would have no more stress and worries. They want what the landlord wants. GoogleI can only say positive things about Les Grys and particularly Dan and Jack who helped sell our home during lockdown. We actually bought that property from Les Grys years ago and having had a number of agents provide valuations for the sale, it was clear Dan knew the area well and understood the uniqueness of the property. The sale did take a little longer than we’d hoped (timing and the lockdown!) but Dan and Jack had a steady stream of potential buyers and when we did get our offer, were responsive to us and our solicitors for the onward chain. We were very grateful to have their support in navigating the sale and would happily recommend them.

GoogleIf you want to sell or buy a house use Le Grys in Southborough. We had excellent service from Dan and Lewis . They were extremely helpful at all times, following up with information from the buyers, so we always new how the sale was proceeding. We have purchased and sold a house with the Southborough branch, so highly recommend this estate agent

GoogleDuring my experience I dealt with Dan and Jack. They responded to voice messages and emails incredibly promptly, and as an estate agent myself I know that this is not always the case. They were always helpful, polite and more importantly knew exactly what was going on. I always received feedback to every viewing without ever having to chase. Sadly I selected a poor solicitor but Dan was very good in supporting me. He helped me to keep pressure on to ensure that everything remained on track, which is completely outside of his remit. In addition he would advise on cleaners, removal companies, all of which made my experience better and again was a service that he was not obliged to offer. They are a young team with a great deal of energy and I have already recommend LeGrys to many people. I worked for a national estate agent but I gave my business to LeGrys. Best decision I made!

GoogleOn Saturday, June 24, 2023, Mr Lewis showed us two properties in Southborough. He is really knowledgeable and went into great detail about the area and the houses. He takes his time displaying each room of the house and providing a full explanation of the property's condition, measurements, and so on. My spouse and children admired his demeanour; he is excellent.
