GoogleAlthough we eventually found our family home with another estate agent earlier this year, I wanted to post a few good words about our experience with Le Grys, in particular with Jack who showed us around several lovely potential homes. He immediately put us at ease in what is (as they say) one of the most stressful milestones. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the houses we viewed - a natural in the role and an asset to the company.

GoogleNeeded to sell my parents property which was originally on with an estate agent in TW who did absolutely nothing for them. We received a personal recommendation to switch to Le Grys and we weren't disappointed. A local, friendly, firm - headed by the owner Bill, who was always keenly involved - they offered sound advice regarding re-pricing & remarketing the property which resulted in a sale. The whole team provided a first class service, keeping us fully informed throughout the process. We thoroughly recommend them. Thank you!

GoogleLegrys are the best estate agents. I have sold 2 houses through them now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The last move was a sudden one and they pulled out all the stops to accommodate it. The house was sold within 2 weeks and everyone from beginning to end were lovely and professional. I would highly recommend Legrys.

GoogleTried calling one of the agents about an apartment in London that they had advertised, but did not pick up. After numerous attempts, I left a text message and received an abrupt message saying marketing error. No apology or anything. They have incorrectly advertised the apartments on 2 different websites and have yet to fix the error. What a waste of time and money trying to call them.

GoogleI can not fault the personal, caring service provided- in particular by Bill. During very difficult lock down times, help and advice ensured we were able to move quickly and efficiently. Additional help was offered to support us as national events became more challenging. I would definitely recommend if you want honest advice, competitive quotes and a hassle free sale.

GoogleDan at the Southborough office was excellent from start to finish. In selling my late Uncle's property from some distance we had to find an estate agent that we could trust to manage the whole process and help with other issues in preparing the property for sale. Dan could not of been more helpful and did a first class job. Would highly recommend .

GoogleBought, sold and rent through LeGrys, as does another close family member. The staff are lovely. Debra, Lucy and Sally look after my rentals and did/do a sterling job. Dan and Jack are very efficient on the sales side. Both sales and lettings are excellent at managing expectations. No wonder they win awards. Recommend LeGrys to anyone looking.
