Over the past few weeks, from property searching to moving in to a property managed by Leaders recently, we've had fantastic customer service from Leaders. All encounters with staff members at this branch have been very positive. Morgan was very helpful throughout our whole contract signing process. He always ensured our questions were answered efficiently and promptly and kept us informed throughout with updates. It feels like he goes above and beyond to help, even after we’ve moved in recently. He is always very friendly and approachable. We really do appreciate it - thank you very much!

Was 5 stars, changed to 1 as the estate agent refuse to fix a major water leak that is frying the electrics despite it having been assessed as a threat to life by the fire brigade. Dangerous, negligent, and beyond greedy. Extremely poor company. Look elsewhere!

We recently had been offered a home and after spending a substantial amount of money doing the property up and buying all new furniture etc we were told a week before we were due to move in that the house was now to be sold not rented to us. We had left our flat and had been living with my parents... in desperate need to find a home before Christmas We found this property ideal for us as a family. Walking into leaders and meeting Morgan who has been our star!! Due to covid in their office Morgan worked over time to make this happen for us and to get our girls settled for Christmas. Their was alot of online bits and bobs that I didn't understand but Morgan took his time to help me fill out anything I wasn't sure about. He has truly been amazing ! We have been in our new forever home for 4 days now and so far so good. Only thing if I had to moan would be that the property was dirty although I was told it was cleaned.... it definitely hadn't. I would like Morgan to get the recognition he deserves he's very friendly very helpful and made a Christmas miracle for two little girls who's world had been turned upside down. Huge thankyou Morgan.

We chose Leaders to both rent and then sell our flat. Our experience with letting agents hasn't been great but all I can say is that I would gladly use the Leaders team again. Debbie Nichols is fantastic. Knows her job, responds quickly to any enquiry and gets things sorted. We only had two tenants, both caused issues in different ways. Debbie took care of it all and monies due arrived as promised. Claire Pavey and Irene Treveil have also both been excellent. The review below was the day I moved into the property. Its a real shame that the property management team is so unhelpful because the lettings team is fantastic. Managment team really letting leaders down. All but one issue I've raised I've been told "we will call you back" which never happens. The issue they responded to was the property I'm renting having no hot water, they sent out a plumber who told me it was working I just didn't know how to use it, even though there's still no hot water! Avoid. (19/11)Best estate agents in Portsmouth. No hassle, great communication, fast service. Would definitely recommend. Whilst everyone in the team I dealt with was pleasant, Rob Comeford handled my tenancy and was a joy to work with. Very professional and helpful. Rob made the very stressful process of moving into a breeze! Thank you!!

I have been very impressed by the way Callum @ Leaders Portsmouth has provided excellent customer service. Callum has been very patient, helpful and professional in dealing with my property rental. He took multiple trips back and forth the property trying to sort out various issues with the property and always kept me informed. Correspondence with Callum has always been smooth and swift. Leaders recently helped me sell my property. The only reason I have not given 5 Stars is that some of the photos taken initially weren't great, like they had been taken on an old digital camera, the agents agreed and we actually took some photos ourselves to replace the poor quality ones. Other than this small and easily overcome issue, I found Michael and the entire team there very professional and responsive throughout. Always Polite and couldn't be more helpful. The move manager Irene was brilliant both communicating between all parties involved and putting us at ease when required. Would 100% recommend.

At the beginning, I did not have such a wonderful experience with Leaders but then Robert Comerford came in and completely changed my attitude. He is extremely professional, polite and seemed very intent in helping me secure a good place to live, of which I'll forever be grateful. Leaders were prompt at meeting with us to get our property on the market, no sooner had the photos been taken than our house was sold within 24 hours. Shaleen was always on the end of the phone to assist and would call back shortly after any email request was sent. Shaleen was polite and helpful throughout.
