GoogleThe entire process was seamless, the agents viewed my property and advised me of all the pre-rental requirements. Clear and extremely competitive quotes were provided for the works needed and the works were completed in a timely manner. I was notified of all interested potential tenants together with their financial status etc and once suitable tenant were found, everything was taken care off including additional requests from the tenants. Since then, the ongoing management has been very efficient and all communication is clear and friendly and rent it reliably paid into my account each month. Fees are very competitive and to conclude, I couldn't be happier with the service received and I recommend Anthony Pepe wherever possible.

Lots of extra fees, overbearing "agency checks" and generally poor response to repairs and upkeep allowed to fall far behind of what would generally be considered acceptable.Lots of sharp broken glass scattered throughout the garden, dangerous mould consistently ignored.Proceed with caution.
