GoogleHi my name is Collins and have had the worst experience with Anthony Pepe.I moved in their property on Stonard road,Palmers green in August,2016 and have had like 10 maintainance issues but it's been more than 2 months and I've never had my queries solved.Their communication is quite poor aswell they only communicate through emails.Personally I would never recommend this Agency to anyone cos I dread coming home every night looking at the issues meant to have been fixed 2months ago until today.I just wonder if sometimes they ever put themselves in our shoes we the tenants.I'm not sure if am actually going to finish my end of year tenancy cos am so devastated. GoogleOur first encounter with Tim Gray from Anthony Pepe was when we first arranged viewing of a flat in London in Feb this year.He then arranged second viewing with our daughter 2 weeks later.Despite pressure from seller he understood our reason for not being able to come to London sooner. On the day of second view the offer was accepted.Then started the roller coaster, emotionally nerve wrecking encounter with the legal system. Over next 10 weeks I reached a point of breakdown and almost where I could not deal with it at all.The files were backwards and forwards between solicitors and there seemed no end to it.Tim in this difficult time was supportive beyond words can describe.His reassurances calmed me down.He was always on top of everything, and was available for us 24/7 via emails and phones,and no matter how many times in a day he recieved my messages his response was always instant.Thanks to him that impossible became possible and we have exchanged contracts today. Dedicated employees these days are very hard to find and Anthony Pepe are extremely lucky to have him.He is an asset to them.We wish him best of luck now and always. Drs Parveen and Shafqat Memon

GoogleIt is a big shame that they are part of North London as they are the worst agents we've had to deal with. We are a family of four and renting a property from them..where first it took ages for them to supposedly to all the paper work and then give us the keys and now there's a problem with the property..Instead of actually being helpful, all they have done so far is ride us along and oh their only way of communication is by Email!! In This day and age..with phones everywhere..instead of ringing and talking to us about all the issues, they say expect an email in the next 20mins!!!! The worst agents we've come across during all our renting years!! Shame we never thought about them as agents before we went for the property. Contracted for a year...will definitely look to move on from such unreliable and non-serious agents!!!!!

GoogleWe were recommended Anthony Pepe by another Estate Agent in another area. Mina dealt with the sale and from the outset and stated we were in control and that proved to be the point throughout the process. We didn't feel hassled at any time and were constantly kept up to date with what was happening as well as being offered advice and guidance. Towards exchange he dealt comprehensively and quickly with solicitors and other estate agents to get the end result. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleDuring the sale process, I have interacted with multiple members of staff, last but not least, Andy Loizou. Cannot credit him highly enough for his knowledge, efficiency, helpfulness and friendly demeanour. Overall I have really had a very positive experience with AP and would certainly recommend their services. Coming from someone who is a stickler for good customer service that's high praise indeed!

FacebookSome of the most outrageous agent fees (as a tenant) I've come across in London (£180 per tenant). They clearly know they are trying their luck by the fact they then offered to waive 50% of the fee when I told them it was a deal-breaker. Take note...

GoogleSpoke to Anthony Pepe estate agents sales today 21/07/16 @ 12:30 and spoke to sales. Looking for a two bed with a tiny bit of outside space ideally 375,000 met with a hugely arrogant response from the representative telling me that he'd sold a one bed in the area for 415,000 giving me the impression that what I was offering wasn't worth him getting out of bed for, I live in the area and am viewing a two bed later today for 349,000 so they are out there. He then went on too show off about 14 sales this month giving me the impression that my business is not really required and that I should be made to feel fortunate that he's even taking time to talk to me. They didn't seem to proud when they rang me two or three times last month and continuously inundate me with emails etc I don't know whether it's just estate agent bravado trying to pigeon chest the brexit slump or just arrogance but it put me off for good. I'll just go to another estate agent there's plenty out there who would be happy to offer customer service even with my meagre offerings. You might have 14 sales this month but what about next? Anthony Pepe please don't forget the reason your sat at your desk and the damage that poor customer service and negative posts can create
