The after move-in care to get everything sorted has been extremely appreciated, directed by Ian and implemented through the tradesmen, who have all been very professional, respectful and friendly. Absolute joke ,thoughtful !

Absolute joke ,thoughtful ! They have no regard for good working practices , coming on site when they want etc , no dust management ,no communication, piling where they want ,not sending surveyors to bordering houses, existing properties getting damaged , getting woken up at 7.15 etc council warned them , after seeing them work would rather buy a cardboard box , amateurs from my viewpoint, also anyone buying on rossfield contact environment health ref 622966 concerning the creosote in the ground , thoughtful of Anwyl to dig up creosote ridden soil without communicating with their neighbours to breathe in the carcinogens. Also regarding any proposed green areas at Rossfield some interesting reading can be found on the web regarding their previous build at the paddocks, Buckley .

Poor customer service. Slow response and extremely poor quality workmanship. It takes numerous attempts to have a job put right. I would not buy from this company again. Take a drive round and knock on a few doors and also look at the brickwork on the show house were the sales agent is. Uneven floors. Walls that are not straight. Window sills not level. Dreadful plasterwork. The standard and slow response is bad. Avoid. Months and months of workmen in. A House that was dirty and not completely finished when moved in with constant battles. Try ringing there customer service who never pick up the phone. Bad management. Lies from day one. Do not trust this company. Ring customer service that never answer. A few attempts at a customers inconvenience when it should have been done right in the first place. That shows you anwyl homes that you do not have the experience or right workman to do the job if it takes your company a few attempts. Any one looking to buy from this company please do not put yourself through it.

We have been shafted by this company…

We have been shafted by this company and I was heartbroken. Got told we couldn’t reserve a plot at St Helens, Lea Grange until we had sold our present house, so we put it on the market and sold it within 24 hours, only to then find out the last house available had been reserved for someone else who hadn’t yet sold theirs. They were keeping it reserved for a week to give them time to sell. We finally got the call to say we’d lost the house, we have now had an offer on ours and nowhere to go. On the plus side, I’ve just read these reviews on the building quality and it looks like we’ve had a lucky escape. But it doesn’t take away the fact that we were treated like we didn’t matter. I’m going to go and knock on a few doors like one of these posts suggests and I’m going to ask if people are happy with their purchase. Learn a lesson and read reviews before parting with hundreds of thousands, someone is definitely looking out for me.And look at the response from Anwyl. Obviously didn’t read my review properly.

Our 2nd Anwyl Home

We moved into our new home in January 2021, this is our 2nd Anwyl home and we wouldn't buy with anyone else. We have had a couple of teething issues, which are to be expected with a new home but the customer service team have been great and really supportive, although a little delayed due to the current situation. The site team were great and answered any questions we had before and during build. It was great to see our home being built from start to finish.

Amazing service

Amazing service, friendly staff at bluebell meadows (Lorraine). She was very helpful and showed me around all the houses until I finally bought my dream home. It’s not just that she helped with selling the house but supported me throughout the paperwork and legals and even “interior designing”. I couldn’t thank her more and she is definitely a valuable asset to anwyl homes. I must mention the exceptional site manager (Chris) and his assistant (Ben) for showing me around and also helping with any remedial issues I faced. Their support was immediate and very helpful. I would highly recommend going for a visit!!

From Kelly and Marie in the sales office to site managers, Keith and Scott, nothing has been too much trouble and they are all delightful people to deal with. For the first time I’ve had one of the Anwyl customer service technicians ( Paul Higham) visit to do a repair. Totally different experience to when they send a contractor! Somebody who is obviously trained in customer service and did a brilliant job as well . Also, a great ambassador for Anwyl .
