GoogleOur house sale was far from straightforward and it could have been an extremely stressful experience ! However we felt sure that Matthew Kingston (Llantwit branch) would guide things through for us and we weren’t disappointed! He is one of the most genuine and caring estate agents we have ever come across as well as being highly professional and extremely diplomatic! He dealt with all our concerns and nothing was too much trouble! It would be true to say that, given the constraints and difficulties of Covid and our own need to self isolate, this sale wouldn’t have taken place without him! He really did go the extra mile for us! We would certainly recommend Chris Davies Estate agents over all others and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Many thanks in particular to Matthew Kingston for helping us through what could have been a difficult time!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
