GoogleI was dreading selling my fathers vacant house as I do not live in the area. But selling with Chris Davies in Llantwit with the help of Matt , Laurie and Elizabeth made it easy. They were so nice, friendly and helpful and conducted all the viewings for me. They kept me informed with updates, feedbacks from viewings and also negotiations for the final sale.
All in all they made a hard, emotional situation a lot easier. Thank you for all your help. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell your house.
