I must say what a pleasant experience this was selling my mothers house through CDEA. Matt who we delt with mainly was very knowledgeable about the process and as I am overseas he oversaw the whole process from start to eventual finish. Great service and communication, which is what we needed. Still don't fully understand the "chain system" but it worked out. I would highly recommend Matt and CDEA if you are selling in the area.

We were kept in constant contact with how our sale was progressing and who gave that personal touch from start to finish. I cannot praise the team at this office highly enough. I was always able to get a timely response by phone, even if I left a voicemail message. The same applied to any emails I sent, which again were answered in a timely manner. We purchased our house via Chris Davies, and they arranged our first visit to the property at very short notice, which was exactly what was needed in the current market conditions. Furthermore, we were selling our former house privately (not through an Estate Agent), and Matt was very informative in helping us understand our Sale Survey process & Valuation queries from our buyers, which potentially could have caused us problems in our sale process. Arguably this was not Matt's resposnsibility, but nonethless shows the understanding & commitment of the team to complete the sale/purchase chain succesfully. Out of all the other estate agents in the area, Chris Davies was the most professional. Right from stepping foot inside the house, which had recently been carpeted. Matthew was the only one who put plastic covers over his shoes before stepping inside. Very respectful! They gave a good valuation and achieved more than I anticipated.
