GoogleWe have had a very pleasant experience renting through Chris Davies Lettings. The team were professional, responsive and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. Out of all the estate agents we have been with, Chris Davies is undoubtedly the best we have come across. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleAs first time buyers everyone told us that the biggest frustrations would be conveyancing and estate agents. They'd be unresponsive and unhelpful everyone said. However, Hannah & Matt at the Llantwit branch made it easier for us than buying a Toblerone at Christmas. Not only did they answer all our silly first timer questions but they kept us up to date every step of the way without us having to awkwardly phone to find out if something had come up. They truly went out of their way to find out what was happening for us, calling solicitors and other estate agents to track the chain and things like that. If you're going to use anyone to buy or sell your house it should be this company. If I could give more stars I would.
Hi Nathan. Many thanks for leaving a cracking review for team Llantwit. And we hope someone did buy you a Toblerone too! (Other chocolate brands are also available 😉) …

GoogleWhat a great team!! Chris Davies has just sold our house in Rhoose in what is a difficult market. Why the praise and recommendation? The house was under offer in 2 weeks and we completed in 11 weeks. Andrew and Christine, know the local market (they do live here), very knowledgeable, they were on top of everything, weekly or event updates and pushed the solicitors to move things along. Their rates are very competitive and we will use them again
Thank you Ian. We all hope you are both keeping well.
