We've been with you for the last 5 years and we've always received very professional and excellent service. It was Greg Horsman who was looking after us from the beginning and up to now he is giving us regular visits to make sure everything is running smoothly. He is taking into consideration every query we might have and he is always coming back to us with the solutions, never leaving us in doubt. He is very friendly and we can always rely on him!

I was not impressed with the service from W&G to begin with - not much known about the property when we were first shown round, and some teething problems which should not have happened given that the property was being offered via agents. However, I must thank a lady called Gwennno Griffith in Llangefni W&G as she has always given her best to resolve any issues I had and has always been helpful via phone or email. Excellent service and customer care from Gwenno.

I would like to thank Williams and Goodwin for their prompt and courteous service during the 13 months in which I was tenant at a property managed fully by them. When renting it is not possible to tell what maintenance work may prove necessary, and initially I was unfortunate to experience a flood and the need to replace the downstairs toilet within 48 hours. During the tenancy various lesser issues cropped up with the front door, lighting, tree pruning, and an oven reaching the end of it's life. I am grateful that all of the above were dealt with pleasantly with continued amicable relations between myself, the owner and W & G. In the case of a front door which would not shut and the lack of an oven, a contractor was sent the same day. It was always pleasant to meet Greg during the management visits, which gave an opportunity to discuss any non-urgent issues and the best course of action. I am grateful to Rhys and Gwenno for their management of the various issues as we went along. It was understood the owner wished to eventually sell the property and when this occurred the handling of the final countdown and reimbursement of deposit and gas refund was efficient and prompt. I believe the tenancy was a win-win situation for all concerned, and will have good memories of it.

It was the first time property search for me and my partner and we really had no idea what we were doing. Kelly, and all staff at Williams and Goodwin were extremely helpful pointing us in the right direction and giving us all the information we needed and more. We have ended up with our first rented property and it's perfect for us. We will definitely be looking towards Williams and Goodwin when we're in a position to buy!

We have been using this letting agent for around 6 months and have found them to be extremely helpful in both our property search and throughout our tenancy in our chosen property. They have dealt with any problems or queries promptly and have helped a great deal. Two employees in particular stand out, those being Greg and Emily who have always been on hand in a friendly and professional way. I would highly suggest this letting agent again.

We have been tenants of two properties, for the last nine years under the Williams & Goodwin Agency. Overall they provide a good quality service, which we are happy with. Both Jemma and Greg are very helpful and courteous, especially with regard to getting household fittings repaired due to breakdowns etc. The main quality though is that they listen and give good advice when required. We say Keep up the good work!

Very professional service. Lowri Owen, was very organised and was up to date with what was happening with my move at all times. Made the paperwork very simple and answered any questions that I had. Rhian Cunliffe and Greg Horsman also helped me a great deal, by organising a Sunday move in last minute, when my removal men didn't turn up the day previously.

Stayed very calm and really helpful when I reported that instead of moving in at 2pm as agreed, id had moving disasters and wouldn't arrive until gone 8 pm- they still organised it so I could get safety'un and were very calm when I was felt far from. They respond promptly to queries. I would highly recommend and am glad they're my agents.

Adverts have been clear and transparent, viewings were helpful and the transition from one property to the next wad also smooth. We found their service to be friendly and efficient. From our initial contact to arrange the viewing to signing the tenancy agreement all of their staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and they responded quickly when we phoned to report the front door lock had broken. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The agent is always friendly and understanding of any issues raised. When we had an emergency with a burst shower they quickly contacted a plumber and a new shower was promptly installed. All our requests have been treated with understanding and an efficient manner. I would recommend them as a leggings agent.

Any issues have been dealt with promptly (the loss of the fence, in a storm) and the staff are friendly and courteous. Greg makes quarterly visits and is always pleasant and approachable. The contractor they use to make repairs, Meredydd, is professional and worked quickly, leaving everything tidy.
