GoogleAs a first time renter I found Edwards & Co to be really, really attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. They listened to my requirements and were able to match them to a property immediately. I needed a flat fairly quickly and they pushed it through with no fuss at all. I couldn't be happier with their service and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Five stars from me!

GoogleEdwards & Co were certainly one of the best agents I've dealt with. From Shauna initially showing around the property right through to completion with Georgia keeping us up to date every step of the way. They were very good at responding to queries and getting answers quickly. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in and around the Cardiff near centre suburbs.

Google100% recommend Edwards and Co for selling your property. Shauna valued my property at the highest realistic price and put me at complete ease at a point where nerves had kicked in to get the ball rolling. 1 launch day - 5 offers - all above asking price. Georgia on the sales progression team is INCREDIBLE at her job! Knowledgeable and follows up all parties on a regular basis. Our buyers pulled out which was heartbreaking but Shauna sold it again within 24 hours and Georgia pushed the sale through by chasing solicitors daily. I called almost daily towards the end and I was never made to feel like a pain - always a happy positive voice at the end of the phone. If you want an agent who acts fast - Edwards are the ones to make things happen. Thank you guys so much 💛

We love a challenge - the trick is don't start looking as when you do, that tends to be the trigger point to get you thinking about moving again - which is difficult as we are marketing some beautiful properties at the moment. I have the privilege of visiting many homes carrying out valuations and this has to be up there as one of my favourites' - not because of what it is now - but for what it can become. Although it has a fantastic feel about it - and it was a much loved family home for many, many years. The vendors chose us as we are a family business and promised to look after the sale of the family home for them - and we did. You have an absolute cracker there - both in potential and location. When you have finished the renovation I would love to come and see what you have done with it (that's my favourite part). I wish the health and happiness in your new home. All the best Lisa x

GoogleWe found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional from our first enquiries to the completion of the purchase of our new home. They recommended a local solicitor (MD Law), who also gave us an excellent service. Any last minute problems were swiftly resolved in order to meet the agreed completion date. Georgia (progressions) regularly contacted us to provide us with progress reports. We would definitely recommend Edwards.
