Both Daniel and Tom met me at the City Residence property. They were well prepared. I was shown the demo flat as well as my own apartment. All my questions were answered. I was also introduced to the project manager. I left feeling very confident about my purchase. The overall customer service was great.

Whilst we were up against a certain deadline (not entirely sure who was driving that deadline but it certainly wasn't me), they were very patient with my delay in finding time to read through the legals and patient at answering my queries.
