My whole experience dealing with RW invest has been faultless. Yes , the apartments have not been delivered on time but given the pandemic , rising costs of building materials and shortage of labour , this should not come as a surprise . This is my first "off plan" purchase and i would look no further than RW in the future .

GoogleWorst company,Stay away,lost 67 thousand pounds at failed Fabric District Liverpool,the company has gone in administration, the law firm they recommended TQ Law firm pulled out after a year of purchase,no assured rent received,at the beginning they will call and follow up till they get ur money,u will not hear from them again.

Great help and support from Nick Nolan during the purchasing stage and then from Peter Sinclair and Gary Clarke during the construction phase including a visit to the Parliament Square Liverpool site prior to the on schedule completion. They are a very customer focused team who have proactively kept me updated on the construction process and been very responsive to any questions I had during the process.

GoogleTotally disappointed with RW Invest, we bought 5 units in liverpool and 2 have gone into administration and the other 3 we have seen no rent come through since 2018! Total waste of investment. We were promised 8% yield over 3 years guaranteed. Nothing is guaranteed with this company’s promises!
