GoogleThis is the 2nd review I’ve posted. The first seems to have “disappeared” I invested in an apartment block in Manchester, heavily marketed by RW. Advised to use their recommended solicitor which on reflection was a bad move on my part. Why, between RW and Aughton Ainsworth ( solicitors) did they not tell us that the developers/ sellers were a BVI company and run by crooks who have fleeced myself and many others out of thousands of pounds and looking like we will have to pay out even more for the privilege. RW initially made noises about helping us but then offered nothing but excuses. Why would they recommend a BVI company that are unaccountable and uncontactable? Tread carefully.

GoogleUnregulated and lost the money I invested in a property in Leicester. The developer went bust and we lost the lot. Got no support from RW Invest. The sales process was a pack of lies to rush me in to the sale. No due diligence was done by RW Invest just sales sales sales and tied me in to a transaction only solicitor so you get no advice. This is not necessarily a scam just totally unregulated and you can easily lose your money. If you do there is absolutely no assistance. My advice, stay away.

GoogleWouldnt have done this investment without support from RW Invest Team, Lewis from pre sales team was very knowledgeable and very explanatory, answering each and every question i had, giving me guidance on how things can be done in best and efficient way. Claire form after sales looked after all the update process of documents until the contracts exchanged smoothly. A wonderful experience for a first timer from RW Invest Team , i wish to go via with them in future for next investment or recommend friends and family to seek them if they are thinking of investing. Thanks RW Invest :)

GoogleMy interactions with RW invest have been a pleasure so far especially with Daniel Stewart. He has been utmost professional in his conversations and instructions on the entire process up until exchange and even post that . One thing that struck me was the diligence and more importantly the timely follow ups on any questions and concerns I've had with respect to the property I picked up. GoogleBeing a first time investor, I found Claire, Jamie and Daniel as very good people who guided me through the experience. From the first day I called they convinced me to invest and ensured all doubts were cleared. During the whole process there were lots of back and forth as the partners kept requesting for one clarification or the other. I must admit I was extremely frustrated but these superstars ensured the calmed me and explained why I had to provide the clarifications. They did with utmost professionalism. In my course of interaction with these stars I understood what it means to be customer centric. As professionals they were diligent, articulate great team work, attitude to there jobs was second to none, I saw them own my problems, they were accountable too and got the job done( kept there eye on the ball all the time). I received a draft Agreement of Sale two weeks after the deposit placed. I noted and pointed out to the Solicitors of some mistakes found in the draft Agreement of Sale. The response from solicitors were so sluggish. For more than three weeks, no revision had been made. I reflected my concerns to Aaron Serrao and Charlotte Foster. They were very helpful and promptly liaised with the Solicitors in numerous occasions. Without their efforts, I wonder how long it would take to get the Agreement of Sale drafted and to get the duly signed contract be exchanged. I am so appreciated.Many thanks!Kenith Tam
