GoogleAwful landlords that are extremely rude, disrespectful and think you are below them. They will try and rip you off by not giving you your deposit back. This company do NOT put your deposit into an official deposit scheme as stated on their contract therefore breaching an official contract and breaking the law. Found this out myself after contacting said schemes. Students or anyone AVOID at all costs. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

GoogleKeeley and the other staff at Point Properties couldn’t have been more helpful & accommodating. Great communication, great service and so helpful. Any repairs / replacements were handled immediately and they made the whole process of moving in/out so easy. Thank yous!

GoogleLiving with Point Properties for my third year and it’s great, issues have been dealt with quickly and it’s easy to get hold of them. We even have a WhatsApp group which definitely helps.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have been a tenant with Point Properties for over a year now, they have been great with any maintenance requests and they are very approachable. I would definitely recommend renting one of their properties!

GoogleStayed in the same student house for the last two years with Point Properties and I thought they were amazing, always answer calls and quick to address any issues that we had. Two of our group have stayed with them in a smaller flat.

GoogleThey’ve been amazing! From queries to general communication. I was in a pickle and they’ve helped me so much. They’re a very person centred organisation where I feel they see tenants as people and not numbers.
