GoogleMorons. When you call Move and ask them to do something I believe what they do is write your request down on a piece of paper, then immediately throw it away after you hang up. Then you call a couple of days later to check that they're working on it, and they'll assure they are (but they're probably not). Avoid if possible.

Don't expect them to get back to you when you enquire about properties, it almost as if they don't get paid on commission for selling your house. Standard excuses - "we didn't receive your emails" "no longer works here" amazing how unmotivated they are to follow hot leads....use them, but just be aware - telephone and make notes

GoogleTerrible experience with them. Arranged a time to visit a house with them, and they confirmed 1h before the appointment that the appointment was up. We showed up 15 min in advance, and they didn't appear after 1h waiting there. We tried to reach them several times by phone and email in the meantime but they never answered. Terrible experience. Try to avoid.

Unprofessional, little to no communication. Do not answer or return calls. When the chain was moving slowly the lady handling it simply disengaged.Have tried emailing a complaint and even that wasn't even acknowledged by the manager of move residential.I am in the process of withdrawing my offer primarily due to the lack of information and managing of the chain by move residential.
