Communication and information was not sufficient. We always needed to press the agent to deal with the transaction. In-house finance advisor and solicitor were not responsible.

This is an inferior estate agent. They play tricks on buyers and sellers. Note all the good reviews are from people they have invited. Whilst all the poor ones are from real customers. If you are a seller, avoid this company, they are unprofessional and rude.
