So far not good at all. Do not let your property with Jones and Chapman. My Tenants moved in 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my rent! Every day on the phone, another excuse. Still nothing. Emails, another sorry and excuse.

GoogleVery unprofessional, never answer phone . You have to follow up with them if you want to hear any updates on an offer. Late for viewings. Definitely the worst estate agents in Liverpool.

GoogleThe agents here are always ready to help with whatever happens throughout the application process (which is done with a different company for tenant vetting) and the flat I'm renting through them is lovely. Throughout the whole experience, from the viewing, to answering questions, and helping with the application process, Jones & Chapman were great. Highly recommended!

GoogleExcellent service provided by Lauren when me and my wife where buying our first house. Very professional and all went through without any issues. As first time buyers we thought it would be a stressful experience but Lauren got us through it easily and swiftly. Would definitely recommend to other in the future.

GoogleI’ve recently bought a flat through Jones & Chapman and through no fault of their own the process took a long time. Without Kelly & Lauren (who work for the estate agent) I genuinely believe I still wouldn’t be in the flat. They were absolutely brilliant whenever I needed anything. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Really bad experience I would not recomend, they told us what we wanted to hear but when it come to services they delaid us for months and could not provide nothing of what they've promised, charged money first thing as well. WOULD NOT RECOMEND
