GoogleTimely with anything that needed fixing with the property. Chloe even came to the house herself when we first moved in and had a query about the heating.

It would however appear that you are not happy with your current agent. We would love to hear from you in the future if you require assistance to find a new home when your current contract ends.

GoogleViewed a property in May and got the keys this week, 12 weeks later. Leah at Hunters couldn't have been more helpful and communicative. An excellent company to deal with and also have a great knowledge of the area.

GoogleBooked a house viewing, turned up and they didn’t have the keys, re arranged the viewing for another day in which they didn’t turn up to wouldn’t recommend using them very unprofessional and met with rude customer service

GoogleReally disappointed by the general attitude and quality of this estate agents. Lazy emailing and lack of communication, which was completely disregarded when we tried to resolve this. I really don't recommend.

Thank Veronica for your feedback. I believe there was an issue with the leasehold versus freehold which was explained to you in full in writing. As you failed to leave a contact number, we could not discuss the issue with you in detail. For you to say it is a lie is unfair as we have the evidence. Whilst we thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is apparent that you rarely, if every leave a positive review for any business. As our 5 star reviews far out way the 1 star reviews, for which we take great pride, we remain confident that we are providing a service that is appreciated by our clients and stakeholders alike.
