To date, Hunters, and Leah in particular have been outstanding and I would highly recommend their services. It's definitely great service with a smile, but this doesn't detract from their business expertise - they secured a significantly better price for my house sale than suggested by a competitor of theirs. Whilst the sale has yet to complete, everything has been highly professional ranging from great communication, administration, and chasing of the legal teams. You definitely want Leah on your side!

My daughter and her friends started securing a property with another agency in Liverpool. The lack of communication, professionalism was apparent and the girls walked away after paying money which they were told was non refundable . They started to look again and found a property with Hunters. Well what a refreshing experience this has been! The first phone call with Tracey and then Shelley assured me this is who my daughter should be renting a property with. The communication and friendly manner of staff is truly impeccable and also what they actually tell you is the truth and I have not been fobbed off as previously done by the other agents. It is always hard and stressfull to find a new place that you know will be your next home for a long period. You lack information and making any single decision regarding your accomodation is always crucial. Having met Hunters was completely helpful; they are not only an intermediary between the landlord and the tenant, but also support you and guide you throughout the whole process. I had the opportunity to be first in contact with Abi, who was in charge of the viewings, and lately Shelley, who was always guiding me and available at any moment I needed. The whole team was very kind, gentle and really willing to help, which made this process smoother. I definitely recommend them, very professional!

Having worked with the team at Hunters for over three years, I can confidently recommend their services to other busy landlords. I have always found the team to be friendly and professional. Regular inspections and excellent communication with tenants ensures that properties are managed to a high level. Hunter's have an excellent team in Liverpool which in our case was led by Carol Corran who was always a pleasure to deal with. She was prompt with responses, kept us up to date with the interest in our property, and carried out all her tasks with great care and professionalism. The first prospective buyer who came along ended up buying our property and beating the stamp duty deadline! I have no doubt the buyer in question drew confidence from carol's knowledge and enthusiasm. She also recommended the solicitors we should use who were extremely able in all respects. Hunters are the most professional and personal Estate Agents in the Liverpool area, once you deal with them, if looking to live in Liverpool, you will not need to go anywhere else ever again! If you are looking to buy, give them your specifications and they will keep you updated with the latest properties fitting your criteria via email or telephone, in my experience a lot of other estate agents seem to forget they have a telephone and they NEVER remember your name. If you are looking to sell, you will receive the most personal service from any estate agent. In my case, Kevin attended my apartment and after a quick survey and conversation he advised on a sale price, he took professional photographs and ensured that I was happy with the process every step of the way. He is the most approachable, humble and down to earth guy, who is always readily available to discuss your ongoing sale. Once the sale is in process Sales Negotiator's Michael or Phil look after your property, they as with Kevin are both professional, humble and extremely hard working guys. Nothing is ever too much. I had Michael deal with the sale of my property, the only way I can describe him is like a dog with a bone. Once he has seen your property he makes it his mission to become an advocate of it until it is sold. He is excellent at promoting your property and will not rest until he has people through the door and after that the offers will start rolling in. Case in point, he had my property sold after one day. ONE DAY! Phil looked after the purchase of my next property in Liverpool, he kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much, even on the fifth and sixth times I wanted to go back to view he sorted it out, no questions asked. Even replying to emails I had sent when he had popped into work on his day off. Excellent service going way above and beyond. If you want your property moved on in a short amount of time or are sick of getting emails from other estate agents with properties that don't even fit your stated criteria. Are yearning for a professional, personal service and just are not sure which estate agent to go with. Hunters are the people to see. You cannot put a price on a personal service.
