GoogleI didn't actually sell my property with entwistle green, but I did buy my new property through them, Stuart was great, gave me lots of advice and assisted me through the process, couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleAvoid Entwistle Green especially agent Joe Jaison. I paid full rent and deposit, but the property was full of damp, mold, and damage completely unfit to live in. When I reported this on day one, they refused any refund. Extremely unprofessional and unfair. Think twice before trusting them.

Entwistle Green Crosby is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The initial inventory was filled with outright lies and took a very long time to rectify, during our rental the problems we reported for maintenance took very long times to be fixed. The exit inventory check was booked for over a month, we both took time off work to attend it because they can not be trusted, only after we had arrived at the property and waited, past the time that they were supposed to arrive did we get a phone call saying that they were not coming. Again we can not trust them to do the inventory without us present to ensure it is done correctly. So we will loose more work to attend if it is rearranged.Disgusting behaviour and a shameful display of customer service.

Corruption at its best. We tried purchasing 5 Plumer Street Liverpool L15. The house was for sale for £75,000 on the website. The repossessed house was sold by the bank. The deal was sealed on Friday by one of the girls. Monday, Kristy said the bank had declined the offer and asked me to increase it. I increased this to £76,000. Georgia rang and said they have accepted the offer. I asked her to send a confirmation email but she did not. The following day I rang in to chase the email and got Kristy again. The woman was so rude and aggressive and sent me this. Now looking back there were a lot of red flags from the start. We waited for 45 minutes outside the house for viewing. The estate agent had gone to the wrong address. I would not recommend anyone buying, selling, or renting from these girls. They are extremely unprofessional. They also appear not really educational sound. Moving forward I will google the estate agent reviews before contacting them. Your reviews are pathetic and if I would have seen this before I would not be contacting you. TrustpilotUSELESS - buyers/sellers/renters AVOID
We were in the process of looking at buying at house at the start of this year. We found a house listed with this sorry excuse of an estate agent, and they booked us in for a viewing at 12.15pm. We got to the viewing and within 5 minutes there were at least 50 other people waiting outside to view this house. Everyone that had booked a viewing had obviously brought one of two people with them (a lot of first time buyer couples and their parent/s) so it was absolutely heaving.

I highly do not recommend using Entwistle Green. I dealt with Julie Winkler at the Bury branch. Extremely unhelpful and rude. She made it impossible to book a viewing for a house I was interested in buying. I since contacted the seller directly, to be told that the seller had been lied to on numerous ocassions and Julie was pushing for an inside job to sell the property to a property developer. Very unprofessional.

Rat infestation but they don’t think that’s urgent enough to ring landlady. The lady dealing with it isn’t in work but somehow they can’t tell me anything because she’s not in! What sort of a process is that when colleagues can’t check on what’s happening with maintenance issues. When I asked why they can’t ring rather than email landlady they hung up on me hope they don’t chew through electrics as if I was paying for property management for my home I wouldn’t be very happy.

GoogleThis estate agents is terrible, ran by a bunch of kids who refuse to pick the phone up - clearly no hard work being done in the office they are never taking calls and take forever to come back with updates - avoid this branch - how does a business run without picking up the telephone it’s crazy

Went to view a property and spoke to the landlord of the house and Joe from Entwistle I advised the landlord I didn’t have the best credit and he advised me that shouldn’t be a problem Joe was very insistent that I pay the £161 fee for the search he was trying to get me to do it while I was looking at the house (very pressurising) he also rang the office (he must have a different number to most people as the girl picked up straight away) and the girl said well done (sounds commission based to me to get people to pay and they honestly have no intention of giving you the property ) I have since been trying to get the maghul office and no one picks up to discuss why no one had let me know the outcome I had to get through to them via zoopla and the poor guy had to advise me I have also asked for a follow up phone call but I’m still waiting **** very poor service ***** Be aware they take your money and normally have someone in mind for property or it’s already gone and yet they will still charge you ***** I wouldn’t normally write a review but I feel people need to be aware

I'd like to leave this review to assist other's in their choice of Estate Agent when selling a property.Entwistle Green [Blackpool Branch] are a professional company I would recommend to family and friends.They marketed my property and within a week I had an offer, which I accepted. The staff are approachable, friendly and willing to assist with queries regarding the selling process. Nothing is too much trouble.Unfortunately I experienced solicitor problems which became quite serious. I was stressed, worried and at the end of my tether.Darren Sellwood at the Blackpool branch of Entwistle Green was an absolute life saver. I cannot praise Darren enough....he stepped in and assisted me with the solicitor issues. He went above and beyond to help me and kept me from losing my sanity. At the end of the day, an estate agent's role is to sell your home, not constantly chase solicitors. But Darren took everything in his stride and did just that. Without his help, I'm certain my buyer would have 'cut his losses', withdrawn his offer and moved onto a different property.Yesterday contracts were exchanged to complete on the 19th August!!Darren is approachable, friendly, good-humoured and always willing to help. His customer service is exceptional! He guided me through the selling process and gave sound, sensible advice.I can't thank him enough....he is 'My Hero'I would recommend the Blackpool Branch of Entwistle Green to family and friends with no hesitation whatsoever. After some mix ups with the referencing Claire Phelps the Branch Manager at Entwistle Green personally contacted me to assist with a resolution. She kept in contact with me for 2 days ensuring me that she was working on fixing the mistakes that had been made that were not even her fault. We came to a solution today and I cannot thank her enough for helping us through this stressful time, I would highly recommend Entwistle Green purely because of Claire. Also a special mention to Mandy who has been our point of contact throughout our tenancy and has always been prompt and helpful with any issues we have had.Thanks again to Claire and Mandy!

Incompetent and useless. Dealt with Nicky (branch manager) and Joseph in the Entwistle Green Liverpool city centre branch.They made numerous mistakes when we moved in including not organising a proper clean of the property and not completing the inventory in a professional way. They left boxes on the floor for the inventory and said they couldn’t move them in case they had needles in. (Seriously!!) this covered an issue with the floor which luckily the landlord was aware of but was not included in the inventory so could have led to a liability for us.This was followed by even worse mistakes when we moved out, when they were too incompetent to ensure the return of our deposit within the time frame required by the tenancy agreement. Mistake after mistake led to delays in releasing our deposit back to us, when the landlord sent us proof he approved it on the day we moved out. Caused potential friction with the landlord by not giving us as tenants the legally required notice for viewings when we were moving out, and tried to blame us for losing a car park fob before finding it minutes later.Avoid using this company - especially the Entwistle Green Liverpool city centre branch on Dale St.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This estate agent was unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the entire process. Communication was slow (if it happened at all), and I constantly had to chase for updates. I felt completely in the dark, and it seemed like they had no real interest in helping or providing a decent level of service.

Only gave one star because I couldn’t write a review with zero! These people are liars who are just trying to get as much out of you as they can. Two and a half weeks ago I viewed a house to be told the lady was wanting a quick sale. And to make a offer and the next day final offers would be took to be fair and not mess anyone around! I made a offer. The next day I was asked for my highest and final offer and told no more offers would go forward from here. A few hours later I was told my offer was accepted. I then got this in writing two days later and was told the house was taken off the market and no viewings would take place now I had my offer accepted. I have paid solicitor fees to get searches done, I have paid the Morgage advisor because he has sent off for our Morgage. Our help to buy isas have been closed and sent for. Today I have a call to say someone else has put a higher offer in and I’ve lost the house. Gazumped! Entwistle green are unprofessional and lie stay well away ! The house is still on Zoopla and right move it has not been taken down! Now I have no house and hundreds of pound out of pocket for fees one paid for trying to do everything right for the sale! How is this fair !

GoogleIf it was possible to leave less than 1 star I would. I had a viewing for a valuation on 13th October and was promised it in writing by the next day. I have still not received it despite calling over 5 times both leaving messages on the answer phone and speaking to staff. If they cannot provide a simple valuation in 3 weeks there is no way I would consider using them for anything else

A big thankyou to the ladies at Entwistle Green Allerton, especially Gail, Bev and Ellie. We have several properties with various agents but these are by far the best agents we have used. We are renting out a flat in Allerton, it needed some work doing, we had problems getting tenants in. Within 3 weeks of contacting Entwistle Green, they have sorted out all the work at the best cost with little involvement from us, advertised it and got a great tenant in who is paying 6 months in advance. They did it with a smile, professionalism, hard work and they really seem to enjoy their job. We are on a full management agreement and don't expect to spend anywhere near the time or stress we previously had with this property, leaving it in their capable hands. I am now giving Entwistle Green Allerton the management contract for my HMO in Manchester. I fully recommend this team, haven't got a bad word to say about them.
