TrustpilotAbsolutely shocking company to sell…
Absolutely shocking company to sell your house with, never keep you in the loop about your house and you have to constantly ring them for updates, tell you there’s nothing they can do to help boost your homes selling, and charged over £5,000 to sell the house as they don’t let you come out the contract as they put in the clause if you cancel and the house sells within 12 weeks they will still charge the £5,400 fee, disgusting company.

She kept me in the loop at all times, making sure I didn’t have to do any chasing of what stages we were at. If i could give minus 1 star i would, especially for the business in saint Anne’s, very prejudiced and judgy, i am a wealthy man and when inquiring about a property to rent to the snotty woman in charge of rental properties she immediately told me all properties are not available, such a horrible character trait to have.

GoogleI dealt with Samantha throughout the process of buying my flat, both in store and by phone. Every time I spoke with her and left her messages, I received helpful advice in a polite manner. Entwistle Green Crosby is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The initial inventory was filled with outright lies and took a very long time to rectify, during our rental the problems we reported for maintenance took very long times to be fixed. The exit inventory check was booked for over a month, we both took time off work to attend it because they can not be trusted, only after we had arrived at the property and waited, past the time that they were supposed to arrive did we get a phone call saying that they were not coming. Again we can not trust them to do the inventory without us present to ensure it is done correctly. So we will loose more work to attend if it is rearranged.Disgusting behaviour and a shameful display of customer service.

We completed within 3 weeks and her professional manner and expertise made the whole process run perfectly. We used country wide Danielle Beech for conveyancing again I am over the moon at what they done for us I can't understand anyone giving less than 5 stars after the experience we had

GoogleI found the service here excellent! Especially the never ending patience of Alexandra, who sorted out all the paperwork and answered the phone to me multiple times! Also thanks to Sam who stepped in if Alex had a site visit! Though obviously very busy, they always made time for me and made my move swift and easy. Would definitely recommend Entwistle Green to anyone looking for a property

Corruption at its best. We tried purchasing 5 Plumer Street Liverpool L15. The house was for sale for £75,000 on the website. The repossessed house was sold by the bank. The deal was sealed on Friday by one of the girls. Monday, Kristy said the bank had declined the offer and asked me to increase it. I increased this to £76,000. Georgia rang and said they have accepted the offer. I asked her to send a confirmation email but she did not. The following day I rang in to chase the email and got Kristy again. The woman was so rude and aggressive and sent me this. Now looking back there were a lot of red flags from the start. We waited for 45 minutes outside the house for viewing. The estate agent had gone to the wrong address. I would not recommend anyone buying, selling, or renting from these girls. They are extremely unprofessional. They also appear not really educational sound. Moving forward I will google the estate agent reviews before contacting them. Your reviews are pathetic and if I would have seen this before I would not be contacting you.
