Awful service from this company. They took 7 weeks to get my share of the deposit feom the previous Tenant and I'm still waiting for the three months rent they took off the new Tenant upon occupation and it's been 8 weeks now. I can't express how much frustration and anger I have. Appalling service.

I had a house for 3 years in Lancaster with them and was one of the most stressful and bad experiences I have ever had. Basically employees are just like bots no flexibility, no understanding. They treat students very bad and want to keep your deposit.

Didn't go with this estate agent tryed to charge me £2000 to sell my £110k house in Blackpool. When I got the follow up email stated that didn't include vat. Went with local estate agent for £900 in end.

Never do they answer the phone, (Blackpool), then it goes to answer so they can screen who they wish to ignore. It's been going on for years. They're Ignoring phone calls that could be potentially worth thousands of pounds, are they nuts?
