GoogleThe team appear Profesional initially, yes, because sales are involved. Manager turned up late twice for both viewings blaming traffic and then couldn’t open the front door, then car alarm had to be turned off several times during a visit. Professionalism at times left a lot to be desired. Would reconsider recommending them in the future.

GoogleAs we live in Essex we need a professional agent in Liverpool providing a full hands off service. Having used a few letting agents in Liverpool and moving every 6 months due to lack of service and poor payment we found Bluerow 2 years ago and have been using them with no problems ever since - highly recommended

company doesn't care about people whatsoever. Does nothing to help when problems occur and blame you for said problems even when it is out of my control. This company is not to be trusted as they will not help you

They are not serious at all, no one to contact when needed, before or after collecting keys. They give a letting price and change it when they see there are more than one clients.
