Blue Row have been the letting agent for my rental property for over 15 years. During this time, I had had several tenants move in, remain for several years, and then move out. Blue Row have repeatedly quickly sourced new tenants, managed the start of the tenancy and the ongoing rental, and eventually managed the tenant departing. They have always demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and helpfulness. Recently, a tenant significantly breached the rules of the tenancy agreement and Blue Row provided excellent advice and managed the entire process, to my advantage. Without their help, I would have struggled to manage the situation properly. I absolutely recommend Blue Row to any landlord looking for an excellent letting agent.

We had some worries of a tenant who lives there so we contacted blue row homes and got a response from Helen who has been amazing, she managed to do multiple checks a day at the apartment to see if the tenant was in as we was worried about his health, when she finally got contact from the tenant she made sure to make the family aware that he is doing well, it is nice to know how serious and caring off the people who work here.

I recently sold my property with Bluerow Homes. I am currently out of the UK and had issues that made the sale such a lengthy process. It was very stressful at times and my solicitor didn't always reply to my emails or phone calls which made it harder Lauren William was the consultant at Bluerow who was dealing with my sale. I can honestly say that I don't know how I would have got through this stressful time without her. Lauren was always quick to reply to my emails, answer my calls and even chase up enquiries, sometimes enquiries that my solicitor ahould have been doing. I couldn't have asked for any more from Lauren, she was amazing! They didn’t save my viewing appointment or details, used annual leave to leave work early and nobody turned up, I call and they say the place is off the market as they received an application yesterday and didn’t bother updating Rightmove. I’m almost glad I didn’t view it because I wouldn’t want to deal with incompetent letting agents as a tenant. As per your response, I wasn’t in the system because you didn’t do it correctly on your end, I didn’t receive a text or email because you didn’t save my details, your agent was apologetic on the phone but that doesn’t change the fact that this was a massive inconvenience, and the property is still listed as available online!

Our journey started in March and in spite of some unexpected delays throughout the whole process Lauren was always trying to facilitate the communication with seller ensuring we would receive all the needed information on time. I had a couple of viewings with them and they were quite accommodating in viewing time slots as they were ok with evening viewings at 5 pm after my work. They are very friendly and no trouble to liaise with them. I have also ended up renting one of the flats which the landlord directly manages. During pre-tenancy, the landlord tried to charge extra for parking space which was advertised as included in the rent during viewings. Bluerow pitched in to resolve the situation and then I was given a parking space without any additional charge as advised during the viewing. It will be great if Bluerow can keep these details accurate with the exact allocated parking bay for the flat during the viewing itself to avoid any such disputes at later points.

I have been renting through this agency for almost two years before and having rented via a number of letting agencies this one is still by far the worst. Unprofessional, from the poorly photoshoped pictures on their website, to sloppy work, slow replies to emails and lack of compassion. They only care if you're a landlord or selling a properly. If you're a tenant, they simply will not care to help and will make an issue out of everything during moving out. Gaynor especially was unprofessional and unfriendly in her correspondence with me.

Have had experience with multiple agents managing properties in the UK over last 4 years Blue row has been by far the best to do transaction with. Viewing was arranged in short notice . Helen was spot on with all the requirements for the day. Tenant search happens through third party but was hassle free too. Agreements sent across via mail , digitally signed and keys recieved within one week of expressing interest. Only reason they get 4 🌟 instead of 5 is the room being actually very untidy when we got in. But again this was sorted with just one phone call Prompt response , amazing service Definitely recommended 👍

Lovely team! When looking to purchase a small property in Liverpool City Centre earlier this year, we had a couple of viewings with Bluerow Homes, both of which were organised quickly and efficiently, with text confirmations which we found was a really great touch when trying to juggle multiple viewings with different estate agents. Both Helen and Lauren were absolutely lovely. Both were very professional, always punctual to viewings, always offered lots of knowledge and information regarding the properties we were viewing and always followed up viewings with phone calls for feedback. Although we didn’t end up purchasing through Bluerow Homes, as I say, we had viewings with lots of different estate agents and Bluerow were definitely one of the best and are a company I would reccomend to others and would be happy to work with again in the future!
