TrustpilotExcellent service, highly recommend.
From calling to request a valuation in the first instance through to completion, Alpha-Move’s service has been knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, extremely helpful and all round excellent. Paul, Leah and Becky have all been great. Leah has taken the hassle out of needing to keep checking progress of the sale. I’ve been kept up to date at all times via email and message. Plus they are a local business to where we sold and know the market perfectly. We secured a price in line with expectations based on Paul’s guidance and the whole experience has been a very positive one in every aspect of their service. Would highly recommend Alpha-Move. Thank you very much!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Made our house move a lot less stressful and always answered all our calls and queries putting our minds at ease each time. The team where brilliant and always felt like they cared about us rather than being just a number to them. Thanks to all the team!

TrustpilotAbsolutely excellent!
Leah and Becky couldn't have been more helpful with my purchase. The process took a lot longer than anticipated due to issues with selling my new build and then the house I was buying went into probate and we then had to arrange the transfer of gifted land into my name, They kept in touch throughout, updating me regularly, phoning solicitors to chase and were just amazing. After 9 months we finally completed the purchase. When I finally met Leah on the day I collected the keys, we both said it was like finally meeting our best friend, we had both spoken so often! I would highly recommend Alpha-move, they definitely go above and beyond to move things along. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, but hopefully this will be my forever home at last!!

TrustpilotFantastic service from start to finish.
We have just completed a sale and purchase with Alpha Move. We cannot recommend their services highly enough from the start Kelly our negotiator was in constant contact with us. Our first sale fell through and they were quick off the mark and our property sold again within two weeks. They are in constant contact with your solicitor to ensure that you complete as quickly as possible. We know people who sold at the same time as us who had used other agents and our experience was better by far.

TrustpilotHappy customers
Becky at Alpha Move helped us with the sale of our home from beginning to end. Becky organised and lead the viewings of our property, taking away the stress and hassle during this strange and difficult year, she kept us informed throughout the whole procedure and was always polite and professional
Thanks very much for the review Su, I’m glad it went well. 👍

TrustpilotPerfect service.
Recently had the pleasure of Alpha-Move market my home. From a transactional point of view they moved quickly, valued higher than I had imagined as there fingers were on the market, which was fast changing. The sale itself super quick. The follow up service of expediting the sale allowed them to identify quickly problems with the buyer and had the property under offer from a second buyer within hours. This for me saved my sale and could have cost 3-6 weeks had they not been so proactive. Communications wise, they were in constant contact with me providing weekly progress updates and chasing solicitors and vendors continuously. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. All in all, I cannot see how the service provided could have been improved on. That good! I know of a few people personally who have used their services and all had similar experience so mine is typical. The usual “estate agent” tropes need not apply here.

Amazing service from start to finish, Paul has a great knowledge of the local area and knows what he is talking about. So efficient with everything and very helpful, great communication throughout the process with weekly updates from Becky, lovely friendly staff who I would highly recommend to anyone :)

TrustpilotAlpha Move helped me sell my late…
Alpha Move helped me sell my late mother’s property which was my family home since birth. This should have been a really difficult time for me but they dealt with everything on my behalf which made things so much easier. I could not have asked for a better service from both Paul and Becky who I dealt with the sale for me. Nothing was too much trouble. They supported me massively with anything I needed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

TrustpilotPaul came out and gave us an honest…
Paul came out and gave us an honest valuation and with good knowledge of the local market we were assured of a quick sale . House sold within 8 days and we were guided as to what constituted a realistic offer! Far more than we had hoped for. Difficult to know how much Covid affected but we felt communication was sometimes lacking .E.g as someone shielding a request for viewers to wear masks wasn’t conveyed . Never having sold before we were unsure of where the responsibility lay for various information( estate agent or solicitor ) Also we felt that all staff should have aware of the new regs regarding the requirement for the property to have an Electrical Safety Standard Certificate. We were knew the date completion was to take place but had to chase it up to find out what the procedure . We did get email updates but they were often as the result of a phone enquiry. Pleasant friendly staff . All things considered I would recommend Alpha Move and in fact have done so to a relative doing a similar thing in selling their parents home .

TrustpilotHouse sale
Paul's knowledge and experience in the housing market shone through on the 1st appointment, and when things were handed over to Leah in the office the professionalism and care followed on. From start to finish everything felt right with Alpha Move.

TrustpilotApartment Purchase
I recently completed a purchase of an apartment listed by Alpha Move. They were superb with me during the whole process. Updating me weekly on any progress made small or big. And chasing relevant parties needed at times to move things along (was dealing with a management company slowing things down)
