TrustpilotSelling with Alpha
We used Alpha to sell our parents house as it was a local estate agent. Our experience was extremely positive and I cannot recommend them highly enough. A special thanks go to Paul & Leah but the whole team, without exception always treated us with courtesy. Regardless of who answered the phone, we were re-assured, messages were taken nothing was ever too much trouble. And everyone is so cheerful and friendly. A fantastic team; thank you all so much.
Thanks very much Jan, best wishes for the future 👏

Excellent service from Stephen and the team. Through their list of contacts they arranged a large number of viewings and achieved a higher sale price than I was expecting and well above other valuations I had received.
Thanks for your comments, hope to assist you again.

Trustpilot5* service from Becky
5* service from Becky As a buyer of a house sold by Alpha-Move I didn’t expect to have many interactions with Becky as I did. I can honestly say she was professional and approachable though-out the whole process. She was there whenever I needed her and went above and beyond to help with any queries. If I ever need to sell a house I wouldn’t think twice about asking Becky as I know it would be in the best of hands.
Thanks for the review Lois and best wishes with the new place.👍

Trustpilot5 Star Alpha
We have recently just sold our first home and after being there for 25 years myself and my wife were very sceptical of the whole experience ahead of us. We needn’t have worried as Alpha Move and especially Leah made the sale so easy and stress free

One of many agents we called for a valuation. Along with the others, they alleged they had people waiting to buy houses in the road. Once on the market we were underwhelmed by the interest. We had 3 or 4 requests to view of which only one actually turned up. Sold the house privately in the end. Much as I prefer to support local business, the service provided does not support the fees being charged.
Thanks for taking the time to review our service. I’m sorry we were unable to help you with your sale and that you had an issue with viewers not attending. I’m sure you appreciate that is out of our hands and does happen from time to time. I will certainly note your comments and look to see where improvements can be made.
