I strongly recommend Alpha Move

I used Alpha Move to sell my house after a recommendation from a work colleague. The agent arrived on time to meet us and went through all choices available to us, I decided on a 'open day' for potentially buyers and was not disappointed. I recieved all offers 3 days later and accepted the offer that was best for me. During the next 6-8 weeks I was kept informed and up to date via email and telephone calls by Becky on all that was happening related to the property. Becky contacted me before my solicitor did on everything which I was so grateful for. I have closed sale today and can honestly say it was so easy and stress free and all credit goes to the excellent communication from Alpa Move and especially Becky.

Highly Recommended

We purchased our first home from Alpha Move and they were amazing. We dealt with Becky and she was fantastic, she frequently chased our solicitors and the vendors solicitors to get things progressing and provided regular updates. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service

Paul was able to provide a good deal of local market intelligence which gave us confidence on valuations. Our main contact during process to completion was Becky who was quite a star really- a total professional, efficient, charming and more than willing to run the extra mile for clients. I'd highly recommend this team.

5* Customer Service

The staff at Alpha Move Huyton are extremely polite and friendly. I purchased my first home and they couldn’t be any more helpful, always available via call/emails with constant updates of the process. Becky is a credit to the team and very knowledgeable at what she does. Thank you!

We honestly can't thank the team enough

We honestly can't thank the team at Alpha-Move enough. They were beyond supportive from the very beginning with booking viewings around working hours, chasing solicitors, breaking things down into laymen's terms (we were first time buyers with no clue what we were doing), right through to the very last day and handing us our keys. Kelly, Becky and the team have been absolutely amazing with us and they will always be the team we recommend. It's hard to express how much we have appreciated their support. Thank you all again.

First time buyers

As first time buyers buying during Covid, we were especially anxious about buying our first property. Kelly was amazing throughout, kept us well informed and was there to guide us through the whole process. Kelly was polite, professional and courteous. Our sellers solicitors were not the most co-operative but Kelly made sure she did all she could, constantly phoning and chasing up the sellers side to move it along. We would definitely use alpha move again and I know people who also have good things to say about them

Alpha Move happy customer…

Alpha Move provided a very professional service. They marketed the house very quickly and organised a lot of viewings in a short time scale which meant that we sold the property very quickly. They rang us on a regular basis to provide updates and sorted out an energy survey and a solicitor for us. I can 100% recommend this Estate Agent if you are selling a property in the Dovecot or Huyton area. Many thanks to the whole Alpha Team.

Can't recommend Alpha move enough. They have been so helpful, after a stressful 7 months. Leah and Becky have gone above and beyond for me, chasing parts of the chain and my buyers solicitors! Between them, they did more for me than my own solicitors some days. They get back to you when they say they will, and don't leave you waiting for a call back for days on end. Thanks again to Leah and Becky for doing an amazing job.
