We’re sorry to hear that you’re are unhappy with the outcome of your deposit return, however as you have pointed out in your review, there was damage to the property and you were in a joint tenancy meaning that both parties were equally responsible for the property. It was on receipt of your written consent to release the deposit to the landlord that payment was made. Had you mentioned to us that you were unhappy with the arrangement, prior to providing your consent for the deposit to be paid to the landlord, we would have been happy to advise you of your options.
