Great service from Alastair Saville

We have recently exchanged on a property bought through Alastair Saville in Maghull. What should have been a straightforward purchase became rather slow and complicated due to changes required in the lease and differing views between the sellers and buyers solicitors. Throughout the process Ann-Marie and her colleagues worked very hard to push the process along and ensure that progress continued despite the complications. Alastair Saville’s were excellent at communicating progress to us (the buyers) and advising on the next steps in the process. We have no doubt that their efforts made a real difference in getting our purchase “over the line”. We would be very happy to use Alastair Saville for any property sales of our own in the future.

I have dealt with Alastair Saville over the last 10 years and found them to be an outstanding Estate Agent to do business with. Over the years I have bought, sold and rented properties and have had excellent and very personal service. Dealing with a family run local business is far better than dealing with large bureaucratic National Estate Agent chains.I have received very friendly and personal service over the years and would highly recommend them.Their knowledge of the local area is built upon the extensive amount of business they undertake.From the Receptionist to Anne-Marie Thomas the service is first class.
