GoogleExcellent Stress Free Experience I have had a long-standing relationship with Alastair Saville as they have managed the sale of three properties and a long term let for me. I can highly recommend them due to their excellent communication and taking responsibility for the stresses involved in property sales and management. This was evident with the most recent difficult sale, where actions between all parties were expedited quickly right up to completion. Thank you for your efforts.

The purchase of our first home had all but collapsed at one point but Anne-Marie single-handedly drove it over the line, liaising with 4 or 5 different parties to make it happen and kept us informed every step of the way. Although Alastair Saville was not acting for us either buying or selling, (they were the agents for our buyer) Anne-Marie has been outstanding in helping several people in the chain, including ourselves. She is very professional, knowledgeable and tenacious and without her support I don't think we would have reached a successful conclusion. She far exceeded the level of service and commitment we received from both our agents and conveyancer. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Exceptional estate agents. Every person we dealt with at Alastair Saville was a complete professional and we always felt like we were in safe, trusted hands. Alastair Saville were actually our sellers Estate Agent. But to put it simply, the sale would not have gotten across the line without them. Their extensive experience was invaluable and they got things moving when things seemed impossible. They really went above and beyond to find out the root cause of any issues and got the sale progressing when it seemed like we were at a dead end.

Kate met up with us within days of initial contact and the property went live shortly after. The whole team have been professional, hard working and approachable. Horrendous company, it’s okay if you are a landlord or seller if you’re renters you will receive a very different experience, I’m now having to report this company for GDPR breaches because of numerous emails even after leaving property and having no connection to them whatsoever. We are good long term renters after 4 years was issued a section 21 because landlord became of bad health, we moved within the requested time frame caused no issues left property spotless with new flooring blinds etc_ unlike how we got it in the first place it was dirty and tired… the treatment we have received was like we belonged on the bottom of very rude staff shoes bearing in mind we probably pay more in rent than they do in mortgage etc !!!! Beware renters not nice people to deal with !!

We had the difficult task of having to sell our family home and having to do it from 250 miles away made it seem so daunting. We’re so glad we chose AS. Everyone in the office is positive, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Not only that but they went above and beyond for us and we literally couldn’t have finalised the sale without their amazing help. We had a such a positive experience during a very difficult time and will be forever grateful to them for that.

The staff have been so helpful, friendly and informative. I had some issues with my free holder and the girls have been amazing and keeping me up to date throughout everything for my sale to complete. They have tried to keep it as stress free as possible for me. I highly recommend and hope that I will buy my future house from them. Will also use them for any future sales! 5 stars from me and my family.

GoogleWe are private renting through Alastair Saville and have dealt with Emma and Christine. They are both friendly, professional and have resolved any issues weve had quickly. For example, we had 2 leaks in the properly and an issue with the boiler when we first moved in and they were sorted immediately and we haven't had a problem since. They have also been brilliant throughout the corona virus pandemic and have offered plenty of support. Would highly reccomend!

As a family it was a very difficult decision for us all, when after 60 years we knew it was time for mum to move to a safer environment.
