GoogleWe have been renting properties in London for some years through various well known letting agencies. I can honestly say that Belvoir are streets ahead of all of them. Their engagement, service, response times and hard work have been quite astonishing, and truly appreciated. I really cannot thank them enough or praise them highly enough. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI have been renting a property with Belvoir for about 6 years now and the assistance service behind it has always been excellent. Recently, they have sent me a plumber who addressed a challenging issue in a quicker and better-than-expected way. They always assist me very promptly and their management portal is actually helpful to connect with them and their contractors. Never had an issue, I can only recommend it. Thanks.

Hi Sokaina, Thank you for the feedback on the fridge repair, we have spoken to the contractor and he had advise the following process needed to be done but he never received any feedback from yourself: "The tenant was told that freezer section needed to be defrosted, and once they had done that then we could return to bend the pipes back, which would stop the pipes pressing against the drawers and in turn allow the freezer door to close completely. Sokaina needed to use up her freezer food, defrost the freezer, then call us to return," Please ensure all processes are followed to ensure the repairs are done correctly, I have asked the contractor to contact you to arrange for the repair to be completed. GoogleI had a terrible experience with my previous letting agent. I was feeling really worried and stressed as the property had been off the market for a few months due to poor management by the previous agent. I am really happy about my Belvoir Liverpool experience. Not only was the team really communicative, but they also got my property back on the market and found a tenant to move in within a week. Lucy & Kostas answered all my questions and really made me feel taken care of. A huge difference from what I had experienced with other agencies. Very happy and will continue using them to manage my asset.

GoogleVery responsive to quieries and questions. Belovoir quickly found me good quality tenants where other agencies in Liverpool had failed to provide tenants with adequate references. This slightly higher fee is offset by a very individual and personalised service.
