Very responsive to quieries and questions. Belovoir quickly found me good quality tenants where other agencies in Liverpool had failed to provide tenants with adequate references. This slightly higher fee is offset by a very individual and personalised service

As a company they are one of the most reliable, polite, and friendly estate agents in the UK ( and I have worked with many before so I would know ) that i had the pleasure of working with. As a tenant I have always felt looked after and that I can openly discuss my requirements etc. I have to single out Ms Rebecca Bush who I met at Belvoir for being an exemplary, professional, friendly and kind estate agent. Thank you for making me a happy tenant and I look forward to working with you for many more years.They have the professionalism of the large firm whilst still maintaining a personalised service. GoogleI’ve moved quite a lot throughout Liverpool and have always used Belvoir ! Very professional and straightforward and always go the extra mile ! I’d like to give Karlaya Mae from Liverpool central office a special mention as I lost my key ( on a weekend ) and she went out of her way to make sure I got a replacement!

Their communication via phone and email is peerless, perfect example being Mike Nicholson who recently managed a tenancy renewal for me. The process was painless as usual and my rent continues to be paid every month on time.
