GoogleRented a house with a hole in the roof, leaking water in through the lounge wall for 14 months. Molica Franklin reps just kept saying that they'd contacted the landlady but had not received a reply. In the end, we moved out, taking a house load of mould-damaged furniture and clothing with us.
