I was a tenant with Molica Franklin from 2013 until 2022 and had a wonderful experience. Arun was particularly fantastic throughout that time. He was always incredibly quick to reply whenever I reached out, and he made sure that any maintenance tasks were sorted out without any delay. What really stands out to me is that they have still been willing to help me recently, even though I am no longer their tenant. It is rare to find that kind of ongoing support and kindness. I truly had no issues during my tenancy and would highly recommend their services.

I cannot recommend Monica Franklin highly enough! After two years of absolute stress with my ex, selling my flat felt like an impossible task. Georgie was incredibly professional, supportive, and proactive throughout the entire process. She handled all the difficulties, including issues with the leaseholder, with calm efficiency and clear communication. Her dedication and attention to detail made a hugely stressful experience much more manageable, and she went above and beyond at every stage. I am so grateful for her guidance and support! Avoid these incompetent fools

They showed me a house already under offer without telling me. They were vague and unhelpful and then pitted me against a buyer in a sick little game of guess the right number. Refused to put offers once this game of number guessing was over. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Cause buyers to make offers they have no intention of keeping. Engjoy seeing you squirm when they reject your offer.

I have used Molica Franklin for nearly 10 years now for my rental and sales and they have been fantastic. The tenants they have sourced for me have been great and any issues or repairs that have arisen get dealt with and all prices seem to be fair. Can't say the same for one or two other local estate agents as previously didn't get the same level of service. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to find somewhere fast and wasn’t having much luck until finally somewhere came along and Joshua made the whole process stress-free, straight-forward and fun. He was very professional, helpful and empathetic. I viewed the property on the Friday and managed to get the keys on the following Tuesday. I would certainly recommend the team at Molica Franklin. They found a good quality buyer who matched my property perfectly. They always fed back after a viewing. My emails were always answered promptly, and nothing was too much trouble. Photos were taken on a grey day and they came out again to retake on a sunny day, perfect! I have now used Molica Franklin to find tenants for me for several commercial properties. They have always been most accommodating and very helpful. Their advice has been spot on. Deadlines have been met where needs be. Indeed nothing has been too much trouble. One of the outcomes of the past 18 months of Coronavirus has been that many companies have used the virus to provide a poor service. That is certainly not the case with Molica Franklin. Would I use them again - of course I would!

Molica Franklin helped me all the way with the purchase of my first property. I had viewed a few properties with other estate agents beforehand and wasn't very impressed. Georgie from Molica Franklin was brilliant. I loved how much she knew about the properties and the sellers and always went that extra mile with anything I asked.
