GoogleGlyn Jones recently found suitable tenants for two of our properties in Littlehampton. We were very impressed with the care and attention from the whole Lettings team, especially Megan, who let both properties very quickly. One of these was agreed on the first day of marketing. The sales team are also very helpful. In particular Steve who negotiated the purchase of one of these properties.

GoogleI would 💯 recommend. Megan and Steve both helped me rent through themselves, they made the whole process very simple and stress free. I was on a tight timeframe as was off to Australia to finish packing my life up there. I can’t praise them enough as we had the whole process completed in a matter of days. A huge thank you to Megan and Steve for their hard work.

Jade was excellent at keeping me informed as to what was going on, how the process worked and allowing me to keep my very stressed parents calm.. GoogleA wonderful estate agents to buy with: Colette's knowledge of the properties they have on their books at any one time is matched with an amazing recollection and understanding of what you're looking for as a buyer. This knowledge combines with an authentic appreciation of a property's potential and means that your time as a buyer is targeted on the property that you end up buying! This is a relief when you have seen a number of different properties with different agents over a period of months. GoogleThey ignoring our emails when we report issues in a rented flat. At periodic visits the agent takes photos of the problems and after nothing happens.Some problem we reported more than 6 month ago.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation, right through to the completion of the sale, the whole team at Glyn Jones have been brilliant. They asked questions about the property that other estate agents didn't think of that would help with my sale, and took time to look around the property properly. They then communicated regularly with myself and my buyer and liased with the solicitors, often doing some of the solicitors work for them. I really cannot fault Glyn Jones and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
