As we were very pleased with the service we received from Glyn Jones when we sold our flat in 2020, it was a no-brainer to use them again when we recently sold our garage. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward transaction ran into difficulties but Victoria Bentley went out of her way to resolve the problems and bring the sale to a very satisfactory conclusion. We cannot fault the service we have received from her and other members of the staff and would not hesitate to recommend Glyn Jones.

Myles and the team are a credit to Glyn-Jones. Dealing with stressful home finding in a professional and timely manner. My partner and I have recently moved into a lovely little place which was swift and painless, Myles kept in contact throughout the process and (although my impatience chased him up possibly too much) had no qualms with answering multiple and often stupid questions and settling the “new home nerves” I would highly recommend the littlehampton office for any local moves and am confident the experience will be consistent no matter the size or value of the property. A huge thank-you to the rest of the team too who has gone above and beyond to ensure an easy move in, it has gone greatly appreciated and I although we hope to stay here for a while, we wouldn’t go elsewhere when the time comes.

I've been dealing with Megan throughout my tenancy with Glyn-Jones. I'm happy to say that Megan and the whole team have been excellent from start to finish. We found a flat we liked, agreed terms and moved in all within one week! When maintenance work was needed, Donna was always very quick to respond and did a great job getting the contractors in fast to get things sorted. At the end of the tenancy when I needed to leave rather in a hurry, Megan once again came to the rescue and got things organised for me quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend Glyn-Jones highly enough. Throughout a rather fraught and drawn-out purchasing process (due to solicitors, not the estate agents), everyone at the Agency was courteous and extremely helpful, responding to every query and problem immediately and with attention to detail. The last time I sold a property I chose this Agency and they haven't failed to live up to their high standard of service with my recent purchase. Aaron dealt with the sale of my property and from inital valuation through to completion and exchange & was super helpful and made the situation as stress free as possible! The whole process was wrapped up as quickly as possible and Aaron was always attentive without being overbearing.
