GoogleExcellent service from Steven, sold our flat within a week of being on a very difficult market. Helped when needed especially tying up loose ends nearing exchange. Definitely use Steven and his team again, the only Estate Agent to use in Littlehampton in our opinion judging by our own experience with a previous local estate agent.

I would recommend them for sales, but also, I would recommend them for lettings too (as they were my managing agents for the past 2 years).

GoogleI recently used glyn jones to buy my first property, I had Ethan Thompson as my agent he was so lovely and from start to finish he was absolutely fabulous, he kept me updated the whole time and answered any questions I had within a couple of hours off emailing. Would 100% go with Ethan again! And will continue to use glyn jones for anything else :)

Most recently, Sam has been handling the change from one tenant to another. He has kept us informed about the search for a new tenant and has offered sound advice where it was needed.

They will manage all aspects of your letting including maintenance, utility bill notifications, background checking, deposit escrow and regular checks on your property during the period of tenancy. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

GoogleAaron Baker was really great at accommodating our viewings and came back a couple of times at short notice to let us measure things up. We managed to view the property and get an offer accepted all within a few days and got the keys in about 5 weeks which was amazing.
