GoogleWe have just sold our house with Hunters in Littleborough and have received excellent service throughout. From the valuation to the final sale they have been friendly, professional, helpful and kind. At no point have they been pushy (as some estate agents can be), they have contacted us when necessary and have guided us through our sale perfectly. All the staff have been excellent, but I would particularly like to mention Nicky, who we have dealt with mostly. She has been professional and good humoured throughout - thank you.

GoogleAfter failing to sell our house with another local estate agent we made some changes and decided to go with Hunters. We entered into a complex chain that took what felt like a lifetime to complete however nothing was ever too much for the ladies at Hunters. All my calls and emails were responded to even though I knew I was being a pain I was never made to feel like I was! All the ladies were so understanding, reassuring and knowledgeable, they even kept the biscuit barrel full for my two my two boys!! Even though I have vowed never to move again I would definitely reccomend the team at Hunters! Thank you all!

The process took a while as it was a difficult property to sell, but can honestly say that Peter made an absolutely supreme effort in every department and communicated brilliantly with me and various solicitors until the sale completed. Peter, Kim and Nicky made sure both viewings and the sale ran smoothly and kept us well informed throughout. Also unlike some agents there was no pushy sales pitch. 100% recommend.

GoogleWe traveled 76 miles with two young children to view a property with Hunters. We hit bad traffic and rang them to warn them that we may be a little late but got no answer. We reached the property at exactly 5 mins late to find a very passive aggresive agent already leaving the property. I said I was so sorry we were 5 minutes late and explained what had happened to which I was told "sorry, I have to go to another viewing". Good job we didn't get there on time or we would have been asked to leave 5 mins into the viewing. I was then called the next day by someone to ask if we liked the property. Clearly they hadn't been told what had happened by the agent. I was then asked if I wanted to book another viewing. I didn't. I won't be viewing anything else with Hunters. I've never known a viewing slot be less than 15 minutes. If an agent has to leave 5 minutes in to a viewing then I would argue that there has been a missmanagent of time planning. I make a point of not being late but sometimes life happens and it is unavoidable. We had people arrive early and late when viewing our home and we greeted them all with a smile and some kindness. I wasn't offered any advice from the agent or any other alternatives other than to basicly go away. I actually left in tears. I would say: if upon journeying to view a property with hunters, your sat nav says you will be a couple of minutes late, probably just turn your car around and save yourself having to deal with the women I did. My family and friends were disgusted.

GoogleMyself and girlfriend were first time buyers and had previously pulled out of a purchase with a different estate agent as we felt very let down by the whole process and had completely lost our excitement to buy our first property. We found a new property with Hunters and the team were excellent from day one. Being completely transparent and ensured that we had an agreed timeframe to work with to complete on the property which was honoured and our queries and questioned were answered within one working day at the latest.
