Hunters were fantastic from start to finish. With having dealings with more than a few agents professionally and personally over the years their service is of a different level. From the beginning their estimate was by far the most realistic, they kept me up to date throughout, helped move the sale along and kept any anxieties we had at bay. They know the market and how to get the best from your sale. Also nothing was too much trouble and there was always someone on the end of the phone or email if I had a question. The team are friendly and approachable and not in the slightest bit pretentious like a few of the other agencies (I will not name here) and the service you get here is a premium one you'd pay high money for, but at a competitive rate. I'm not one to sing praises unless it's genuine! but honestly these guys were just the best. I can't say how awesome they were and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you! 🙂

Hunters were fantastic from start to finish. They were so friendly and professional from the outset. The professional photography they used to list the property was second to none and really showed off the house to its best. The whole team were really proactive and we had lots of viewings which led to a sale within 2 weeks of going to market. Communication has been key throughout the entire sale process, we were always kept up to date and felt completely in the loop at all times. We would highly recommend Hunters if you're looking for a reliable and authentic estate agent. Thank you for making our move possible and getting us our dream home!

I can't praise the team at Hunters in Littleborough highly enough. During the sale of my property I dealt predominantly with Emma and Nicky, but the whole staff are friendly, polite and professional. The marketing material they produced in a very short timeframe was very impressive and viewings were arranged efficiently. We cannot recommend Sinead and the team highly enough, they were professional and polite throughout despite our sale process becoming very protracted. The team's approach to referencing and shortlisting potential buyers so we only had genuinely interested and credible potential buyers viewing our property saved us a lot of time and led to an asking price offer. The team were always on top of chasing our buyer and their agents, being proactive in getting any updates they could to give us peace of mind that the sale would proceed . Gave me good advice from day one on the guide price and kept in touch with progress on number of viewings, what type of enquiry these viewing where. Gave good advice on when or if to reduce the asking price in order to the best I could. Put me in touch with a good solicitor and followed this up by informing me of the status during the sale, saved me having to chase the solicitor. Always get a call back when they say they will.
