Although it feels like a lot of money, I’d say that it is worth paying for the service you get. The whole team at Hunters Littleborough were consummate professionals. Our house was sold within 2 weeks so nothing much to do you would think, however the work after the sale is so much more. The chasing, the liaising between sellers and buyers and their individual solicitors is something I’d underestimated. Special shout out to Nicky Waddell who was calm under pressure and just brilliant! I don’t know how she does it but I’m glad she does, thank you Nicky. If you’re looking for estate agents in the area then I’d 100% recommend Hunters.

Hunters Littleborough were the Estate Agent for both our sale and purchase properties and we couldn’t fault the experience we had. Emma came to do our initial valuation and she was fantastic. She was well prepared, provided lots of valuable information and answered all of our questions before we even asked. This gave us the confidence to proceed with Hunters for our sale. They continued to be super helpful throughout the entire process, always on the end of the phone, and nothing was too much trouble. From arranging viewings, agreeing the sale and purchase, and continuing to chase and progress the transaction throughout (thanks to Nicky)! 100% recommendation from us! Sinead and her team know how to get a job done, and do it well. From initial contact with Charlotte it was clear that these ladies work as a seamless team. Valuation, photography and brochure were produced within days and went to market within 5 days of initial contact. Photographer excellent. We spoke with Sinead herself, along with Iona who organised viewings and feedback. They proactively contact people in the market for a similar property which meant we had a sale agreed in principle the first weekend. (Yes Iona I am still in shock) All viewings were accompanied by a member of the Hunters team. Nicky then kept us informed of the sales progress through to eventual completion. Ladies it’s obvious you enjoy what you do, work as a team and excel at selling houses with your no nonsense accurate valuations. Highly recommend to everyone

I cannot recommend this estate agency enough. The whole process from start to finish has been quality. All the girls in the office have been wonderful, keeping me informed at every step, even if there was no news they still contacted me to let me know. It did take a while for the house to go through but the girls really did a good job of advising us and pushing sales. Thank you to all of you, you all played a great part in the sale.

This is the second time we have used hunters to sell a house and both times we have had a stress free and positive experience. The girls will make you feel at ease and keep you up to date every step of the way. I have just completed my sale through Hunters (Littleborough). And honestly, they have been nothing other than fantastic throughout. Peter was brilliant in the early days coming in to do the valuation. He was honest and helpful. And at no point pushy! We viewed several houses that were being sold by Hunters and the accompanied viewings were all handled superbly. Nicky handled most aspects from accepting the offer (which took only 3 days) onwards. She was helpful and good humoured from start to finish, even when things took a turn for the worst and got complicated. She is a credit to the company! Genuinely Highly Recommended!

Outstanding team at Hunters, Littleborough. We moved from London to Hollingworth Lake recently. Iona was great with the initial process and then Nicky took over with the progression to completion. It's never straightforward moving and we had the additional problems of buying a leasehold property which caused many problems for our solicitor in London. Nicky dealt with these issues and my constant phone calls and emails with professionalism, patience and care. When we finally collected the keys, the team also advised us on schools, dentists, doctors, even roofers! Great team effort from Hunters, Littleborough. Thank you all

I'd recommend Hunters to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I've used them a couple of times now and I've not known another estate agent do what they do. My experience with other agents is they sell/buy your property then get in touch on an as and when basis....not Nicky! Nicky had her eye on the process up at all stages, chasing other estate agents and solicitors in the chain regularly, making sure everyone outside of Hunters and my property were doing what they should be doing and when they should be doing. She really is a testament to the quality of service that Hunters provide! The rest of the team were amazing too. From the initial meeting with Emma to set up the listing for my house (the pictures are really high quality!) and explain the whole process, to poor Rachel and the (what felt like) 1000's of viewings she had to attend! And then Charlotte, Iona and Sinead. I think I spoke to every one in the shop several times over the course so it really was a team effort :)
