GoogleRental management. Jess and Georgia have been exceptional in their support, guidance and professionalism when managing my property. Communication has been over and above. Appointments are always kept to. Emails are answered promptly. The tenant find was a smooth process resulting in some lovely tenants now in the house. Karen the director has been very approachable and gave sound guidance regarding the previous tenancy. I can’t thank the team enough

GoogleSlow response to an enquiry I made weeks ago. Received very passive aggressive emails from Georgia, who actually provided no help or support. She also lied about giving me a call but blatantly ignored my questions that I initially asked. Will never use again.

GoogleCompared with previous agents, Reeds Rains kept me informed when required. If it had been a while since an update I would call and it was obvious they had still actively been pursuing 3rd parties in the background. Estate agents always seem to have a bad reputation but can honestly say that out of the whole sale/purchase I've just been through they were the most helpful party involved.

GoogleThis is the second time I have tried to put an application through with this Branch, I said after the first try I would never go with them again... however against my better judgment I tried again. Let down doesn't begin to cover it. After jumping through hoops and getting an application in ASAP they haven't even had the courtasy to contact me. I have found out via a third party they have gone with another applicant. I would advise strongly against dealing with these 'agents'. If I have this problem with them being full time employed I feel for anyone in a family situation who aren't able to work full time due to other commitments. I would just like to point out that after not hearing from them about the first application until at least a month later... they have sent me email upon email for the last 7 months about there 'avaible properties'. If you want to feel valued on even a basic level as a human, this is not the company to deal with!

A continuous repetition of sales spiel backed up with nothing but hot air and hollow lies. DO NOT give them any money up front for "Enhanced Photography" as this serves no purpose whatsoever. DO NOT allow them to lie about the valuation of your property simply to prevent another agent from having it to sell.DO NOT expect a call back with updates.DO NOT expect them to proactively promote your property. DO NOT expect any accountability when errors occur and your requests continuously get ignored.DO not expect that your complaint will be taken seriously when you "elevate" it to the main office. DO NOT expect that staff are invested in your situation as they leave without even informing their colleagues. DO NOT expect any realistic action from this company. DO NOT expect that they will inform you that your property will no longer appear as agreed in the newspaper.DO NOT expect them to even advertise your property at the correct price!!Unless you are happy for your property to fester, languish and become unsellable after too long in the market then feel free for Reeds Rains to ruin any hope you had of moving.Yours,Previously reasonable seller.

GoogleI have used Reeds Rains Tenant Find service for one of my properties. The team organized viewings and found tenants in couple of days. All paper work was done very fast and tenants moved in next week. Very good service.
